Muy buena ubicación las habitaciones muy cómodas y la comida excelente muy rico todo y cuenta con unas vistas muy bellas hacia el mar

No servía la refrigeración del cuarto, por la mañana no salió agua caliente.

From the minute we walked in we were impressed. The hotel is beautiful and definitely has that wow factor. The service was impeccable and everyone of the staff made us feel so welcomed. The breakfast buffet was INSANE. It had everything you would ever want. The pool was great, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were so comfy. I am definitely coming back soon. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. The only complaint would be that our sliding patio door would not lock.

Overall a nice property to stay at in Ensenada. Easy to park, safe, and clean. Can bounce from there to all of Ensenada’s attractions and food.

Las vistas hermosas, la habitación y comodidad de la cama excelente, el personal super amable y atentos, los restaurantes muy bonitos, no tuve la oportunidad de visitar los restaurantes por falta de tiempo pero se veian atractivos, el desayuno Buffete si tuve oportunidad y la comida tenia buen sabor. El masage de spa que ofrecen se los super recomiendo. Diez de diez!!!

Todo increíble como siempre

Room was spr clean, everything was well organized. Room smelled fresh and staff was amazing over all.

The restroom was dirty when we first got there, used and took a while to be cleaned. Pipe lines were not functioning, running water was dirty smelly and cold, room service terrible, one night they let us out and we got to come back to the front desk to reactivate the key and check the reason, really expensive for what they were offering. Pool was really cold. Not true with advertising.
