Great location, but the apartment is missing a few basic day-to-day items. No keys to lock both bathrooms!! Poor communication & help from the host

Spacious accommodation in a great location with good communication. However, not the easiest to access with large suitcases - lift is quite old and there are lots of stairs. Also one of the bathrooms didn't smell nice.
