Terrible experience...one towel to share as we arrive in the suite...

£175 late check-in fee (cash only). £150 cleaning charge. Room/suite at significantly different location than stated at hotels.com and reservation confirmation. No refund when cancelling due to the stated location being wrong. Did not see the room.
