We chose this self-catering apartment with swimming pool for a family holiday and instead, because of the host's inability to manage bookings, we ended up in a city centre hotel room with basic amenities. What a disappointment. This is our first time using hotels.com and we found the whole process stressful and unprofessional.

Impossibile trovare la struttura abbiamo provato a chiedere a strutture vicine, distributori e perfino taxi nessuno conosceva indirizzo e struttura. Nella conferma il numero di telefono di altra nazione non rispondeva alle chiamate. Alla fine ormai a tarda ora per caso siamo riusciti a trovarla e i gestori del condominio non ne sapevano niente. Quindi per poter dormire siamo dovuti tornare a Rabat.
