Everything is great, the only thing that was upsetting is that it’s written that there is a parking, so we thought that there is a dedicated place where we can park the car which belongs to the hotel but you will have to search for a place around, and the difficulty of this task depends on the time of the day.

Such a cool Concept. Shared common area but private bedroom and bathroom . Right in the heart of the city and clean and stylish. Highly recommend

Great property but the people who run it aren’t so great. Bad video sent, was really small to view even on the phone, the door key pad on video was different to the actual one which caused confusion, the number on video different to number given by hotel. Then the keypad instructions were incorrect it told me to enter a number followed by +#. There was no + or #. There was a bell and inside the bell there was a #, and this was barely visible. On entry lights didn’t turn on and difficult to walk inside in the dark. Lift not working. Lift worked twice in 2 days, old lift that requires doors to be closed. Good luck if you have heavy luggage. And when I called for assistance I was greeted with woman telling me constantly to look at video. I had disturbed and interrupted her and it was apparent. Nothing for 4 days, terrible customer service. I am not stupid but was treated that I was. I travel a lot and I use to run a travel business. And even if I wasn’t a good traveler, nobody should be treated like that. Customers who arrive and have to do a self check in need good information and a video should be updated. If they have changed the keypad it should be the new keypad on the video. I will never stay at this property again. Also a message at the end to ask me to book direct and get a 10% discount to avoid booking with hotels.com no thanks

Great location. Close to train station, buses and Old Town. Very clean and spacious. Extra communal areas were an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend.

This was an excellent property and I enjoyed it fully. The staff were excellent and attentive. The major downside was the lack of cooking facilities which are advertised when booking the room. A wooden board covered the hob with a note saying that the hob couldn’t be used. There was no sign of a microwave either. The cost of going out to eat added up and was an expense I hadn’t budgeted for.

Ho preso una camera in centro di Cagliari e mi sono trovata bene. ERa tutto pulito, silenzioso, il wi-fi funzionava benissimo, ero a due passi dala stazione e dal centro città. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo.

Perfect apart hotel for short stay. Opposite station and at short distance to Cagliari centre. Newly renovated in an older building. Room was clean with separate lounge and common dining area with fridge. Was not very sure about self check in but all went well. Although opposite station area is quiet a part from some early morning landing planes.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir hatten großzügig Platz. Mit der Gemeinschaftsküche und dem großen Balkon hat man eine tolle Möglichkeit sich zu versorgen und einen Abend in der Unterkunft zu genießen. Leider hat der Herd nicht funktioniert, sodass es nicht möglich war, etwas warmes zu kochen. Im Kühlschrank hat jede Wohneinheit ein eigenes Fach. Klimaanlage und ein toller Raumduft haben das Ambiente zusätzlich sehr angenehm gemacht.

Tutto perfetto, pulizia, accoglienza, comunicazione, posizione, disponibilitá del personale, insomma, ogni cosa e risultata di classe! Se dovessi tornare a Cagliari, senza alcun dubbio, sareste la prima scelta! Grazie!

Fint hotel God standard Svært at finde parkering. Vi måtte køre rundt i 30 min for at finde en parkeringsplads hvor vi skulle betale

Todo ha ido perfecto, el lugar está súper limpio y el personal muy amable, pudimos entrar antes de la hora, nos ayudaron en todo. La decoración es minimalista y con muy buen gusto. Todo perfecto.
