The lake view of the hotel is the best I ever see. It takes a few minutes walking to the lake and the beautiful park. The location is convenient to bus and train station, hiking trails and restaurants.

Rent rom, men veldig slitt, spesielt badet. God mat!

Great location right next to the train station. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Good selection at breakfast.

Excellent hotel, very traditional decor inline with its vast history. Great location on the train platform and next to the gondola. Free bus outside to Myrkdalen resort( great place for beginners to cross country and alpine skiing) very clean with amazing food. Helpful and friendly staff make sure you stay is comfortable. Spa facilities were fantastic as well. In the room the only thing was there was no coat hooks to hang outdoor coats. Electric Towel rail in the bathroom didn’t seem to work but this wasn’t an issue as there was under floor heating so things dried.

Kjempe bra hotell, god frokost, bra badefasiliteter men det eneste som skuffet var at det ikke var dobbeltseng men to 90 senger satt sammen som sklei ifra hverandre.

Gorgeous room, clean and spacious. Incredible views. We were lucky to have a room overlooking the lake, and also at the very end of a long corridor so didn’t experience any noise from other guests walking by. Great staff, helpful and friendly cleaning staff did a wonderful job.

Hotellet burde hatt en ansiktsløftning. Bassengområdet lite koselig. Trenger vedlikehold,mat fra ala cart var ikke noe å skryte av. Vi feiret 60 års dag. Fikk ikke duk på bordet engang. Skuff. Personalet var hyggelig.

Hyggelig og behjelpelig ansatte. Frokosten var bra og god kaffe. Rommet var sliten og luktet litt gammelt. Spa og bar var koselig.

Bacon var seigt, stekte poteter var harde som stein. Tørt brød

Frokosten var veldig god. Sengene var litt harde og luften i rommet var litt for tett. Baderom var litt for lite. Men ellers var alt helt fint.
