When I checked in, the reception lady upsell us to upgrade the room with paying extra money to join the BBQ buffet and with a seaview room. However I found the money was not worth, it was even cheaper if I upgrade my room from expedia. It was just with a tiny narrow seaview, wasting money. And the room was not clean. Toilet was awful. The boiler was not working on second night. The engineer said need to wait until next day. The reception lady ask us to wait in the next day. She did not think to help, until I ask them to offer us another shower. Also the BBQ dinner was awful, no BBQ at all. The food taste bad and not fresh. I and my husband got food poison. I was diarrhea and he was vomit. It effect our coming trip. The pool was nice. That was the only part we were happy about.

Lovely hotel. Room was excellent, spacious and very clean. Staff at breakfast were very friendly. Breakfast was alright. Plenty of options, tasty but only average I'd say. Kitchen was fully equipped if you needed to use it.

Average experience.

Even returning to this property in Tenerife year after year. Great pool, with a fantastic lifeguard - Viktor. Very quiet location at the top of the hill in Los Cristianos. I understand the rooms are being refurbished, which is probably needed. Reception staff were great as they managed to get us into one of our favourite apartments within the complex. Will be back next year.

Great duplex apartment although the shower water in the main bathroom didn’t get particularly hot. It was no problem for both of us to use the en suite upstairs. Breakfast can be a bit busy so finding a free table can be a challenge but the food selection was good.

Our suite was really nice, very clean and bigger than expected, kitchen was well equipped and had a cleaning kit supplied free. The pool area was a good size and kept clean and tidy as was the patio bar area. Breakfast was served in the sister hotel next door, plenty of choice from fruit to full English and was included in the price. Overall we had a great stay and although the hills were a little tiering on the way back (that's what taxis are for) the 15 min walk down to sea front was easy.

Rooms in need of repairs/renovations. Signs of significant wear & tear. Basic housekeeping (sweep, towel change, bedding change) conducted every 3 days. Additional housekeeping (wash floors, wipe tables & furniture every 6 days. Daily housekeeping would be greatly appreciated.

Zimmer großzügig sauber aber renovierungsbedürftig. Essen nur befriedigend, Kaffee im Restaurant sehr schlecht. Leitungswasser riecht seht stark nach Chlor.

Really nice place to stay. Great amenities, great staff, great breakfasts. The apartment we had was clean though definitely in some places you could see where things had become worn or in need of a little maintenence. Other than that I cannot complain. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it.
