When I checked in you don’t have a room sea view for me and you upgraded to me to a suite garden view with only one bed. Next morning I asked to move to a room with two beds, travel with my son, and give me samples garden view room. I asked to keep the suite that you upgraded to me and front desk said no that I will need to pay 350 EUR , even it was available and it was your fault don’t have my room that I reserved and paid and it is was your decision give me the upgraded. lucky I have a copy of what I reserve/ paid sea view room and I need to ask for a new room. I need to move our luagges three times. Personal at front desk were no very profesional no nice. They really didn’t care. I will not come back to your hotel and I will not recomend it.

La chambre et la salle de bains ne sont pas fonctionnelles (beaucoup de place mais peu d'endroits pour placer ses affaires personnelles, pas de coffre qui marche, les lumières ne fonctionnent pas toutes, le système d'entrée dans la chambre fonctionne 1 fois sur 2)

My second time there Not a good stay bad service keys for room not working we had to go back and forth to the front desk , low quality breakfast for the money that we paid, not going back there

This was our 2nd time staying in this resort and again it did not dissapoint us. When you first come in, there is security so you feel safe and very easy parking. The front desk staff is very polite and explained everything. I chose a double bed room which was my mistake that I did not know it meant 2 twin beds together. I asked for a different room, however the staff changed the cover so the bed turned to a double bed where we did not feel the line in the middle. This service was a star plus in my opinion. The room was very clean, had a nice fridge to put your own drinks and food which was greatly appreciated. There was a large closet space with a safe. They have 2 restaurants that have drinks that are delicious. The beach is just a small 5 minute walk at best where there are chairs/small tables to use for hotel guests. The pool was so big and the water super clear and clean. We loved our stay and would come back again.

I booked two rooms, but at check-in the reception said there was only a reservation for one room. I had to wait almost an entire hour with my children to get the wrong room. I had booked two triple rooms but received two double rooms instead, which are smaller than what I booked. The staff at the reception were very rude, except for a girl named Ghada who was friendly. The lifeguards were nice, they deserve praise. The rooms were dirty, and the fridge didn’t work. I have never stayed at a worse hotel. I am very disappointed and definitely do not recommend it.

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt! Das Hotel war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Komfort. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück – ein absoluter Traum: reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal – in etwa 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Medina, ideal für Erkundungstouren. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Selbst für Essen und Trinken im Hotel gibt es nichts zu beanstanden – qualitativ top und preislich absolut fair. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
