Very clean, safe & quiet. All the staff are fantastic. The food and bar are good with very reasonable prices. The bar staff and atmosphere good use a shot in the arm but overall, a good choice.

Nicely decorated rooms, a/c worked great, staff amazing, easy access to town and restaurants, cute coffee shop on site, dog friendly, would definitely recommend!

Air conditioner didn't work properly

Air conditioning works fine; the staff is very friendly; and there is a great bar/ restaurant on site. It’s not a modern hotel, but it is a great option if you are going for medical tourism. All the clinics are a 5 minute walk.

The room was cool the t v had netflix and youtube.The restaurant was very good.The pool was a little bit cloudy.

The bed was HARD. the window covering was broken letting parking floodlight in at night, so i used towels to block window. Great coffee shop & restaurant acoss street on site. Dog staying above us barking both nights. Easy walk to dentist! Convenient location for souvenior shops, restaurants & dentist. Great price for a basic king room except bed too hard. We would stay there again but ask for bed cushioning.

I found the room very clean , staff was friendly and very helpful. I will stay again on my next trip.

There is no shuttle to the border from the airport. Uber/Lyft is also terrible in this area. You're best bet is to find an independent driver or business that is willing to work with you on travel. We ended up getting the dental office to help us with this. The hotel is ok. Just ok. There's no microwave in the rooms, and the noise levels outside can get pretty ridiculous. But for what you pay to stay here, there's not much to complain about. Could you get better in this town? Probably, but it's also going to cost you a lot more. I stayed here for a week and it cost me less than $500.....TOTAL. Do with that what you will....Would I stay here again? Absolutely, I don't microwave my food. :-)
