Excellent service and good atmosphere. Swaminathan (Receptionist) helped us very well for all our to and fro activities throughout the 3 days stay. overall we had a good and peaceful stay.

Swaminathan is the best! He welcomed us with a smile and greeted with high professionalism. I would recommend this place.

AC not functioning in bedrooms. No bathroom tissue rolls. No proper hand wash . Bed and bath towels so dirty. No utensils in kitchen and oil all over the cabinets. All furnitures are very old and damaged. Spent Rs 7k for a day and stay was frustrating. Had to call multiple times for some requests. Very bad experience. Requesting management to keep the room and his amenities to customers expectations.

We were staying in Level-1, and every evening there is a very bad odour/stinking smell coming from the toilet. Despite our concern to the front desk team, nothing was done.
