Expedia and Dalmar, stole $437 from me. I called both organizations and to date no refunds. Online reviews from me are going to be relentless. It was a mistaken booking. And within hours I endured your combined traps to commit theft.

The shower was pretty gross. Conditioner and shampoo still on the glass from whoever previously showered. Other than than that it was decently clean. I love this hotel though

The rooms have space and the beds were comfy , the pool was amazing and the food was excellent.

The staff were amazing and accommodating! The pool and lobby is absolutely beautiful. The room itself was clean and very luxurious for a city view. Overall, the stay was 10/10, would highly recommed!

Gerald was very helpful when their was a room error and was fast to respond. The pillow sheets needed to be changed sone had stains but very small that why i gave a 4 star on cleanliness. But overall 5 star stay the staff was amazing especially the bars tenders

Initial impressions of the property were good. The hotel room could use second or third good cleaning though. Also-The tap water in the bathroom was Yellow. Beware of the loud music from the roof top terrace and nightclub, as it radiates into the rooms below past 1am on the weekends. Staff overall are welcoming but not all-the Sparrow nightclub reservations attendant on the ground floor could use a overdue coaching. She was both indignant and unbothered-but not helpful in the slightest. Overall- 3 out 5

Really nice stay. Super friendly staff. No real breakfast available. Didn't eat in house. A lot of options close by at more reasonable prices. Cocktails are very expensive. Still an enjoyable stay. Close to Los Olas

Beautiful hotel, service is a bit wonky. Food and beverage employees are extremely slow and not well trained. Front desk staff needs better training too. Management is nice and responsive.

It was in an area close to the bars and restaurants. Some open as late as 4 a.m. and ut 2 blocks from the nite life. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very nice and roomy. My room had an extra bathroom and living room area. So comfy and good view of Fort Lauderdale and the lobby bar is beautiful and welcoming. Very pretty property and amenities. They gave us toothpaste and tpothbrush on request.

Overall nice hotel but the couch and the massage table in the room had stains on it and the shower had a slow drain so it filled up pretty quickly which made my showers short

The property overall is well designed, decorated and maintained. The safe battery in my room was dead and the blackout curtains wouldn’t completely close - both issues were resolved immediately. I wasn’t able to connect to the room specific WiFi, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. A slight issue with my balance at checkout -they corrected the error and the manager on duty was helpful and explained everything. The breakfast options are delicious! Great vibe with professional and friendly staff.

I liked this hotel but very pricey. Only to find out there is a less expensive hotel right inside the same exact property was very disappointing. Also the Manager informed me I could pay cash at the end of stay to only find out I could not.
