I feel like this is a brand new hotel. Everything is new and clean! Employees are very friendly and willing to help. Their dinner buffet is a must-to-try. I love their food very much.

Pro: clean & comfortable room, professional staffs, decent continental breakfast, spacious parking, close proximity to Fatima shrine Con: slippery shower area, small fridge with limited space and no freezer, swimming pool by rsvp only and bring your own or buy a swimming cap.

This is a 4-star hotel, but it's disappointing as why they don't have any kettle or a coffee maker even..However it's Very clean rooms and toilet. lovely buffet breakfast and dinner, excellent price and tasty food.

The pilgrimage site is situated in easy walking distance. The hotel is modern but the rooms are cheapish furnished. The windows in our room were not shown as in the picture to the ground, and therefore the room was dark. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We asked for a change of the room, but we were advised that all the brighter rooms were taken by tourist groups. The breakfast is excellent. A couple of free parking spaces are available.

Localização ideal para visitar o Santuário de Fátima.Quarto e wc amplo e limpo. Café da manhã muito bom, os atendentes prestativos, estacionamento. Só o ar-condicionado do quarto que não tem controle de temperatura. Tive que desligar quando ficou muito frio.

El hotel es muy nuevo y esta fenomenal, restaurante perfecto, desayuno muy bien, tipo buffette pero bien, cenamos en el buffete una noche y no tenia mucha variedad pero para un dia estuvo bien, lo unico que nos parecio extraño fue que para usar la piscina habia que reservar y se podia como mucho 1h al dia, nunca me habia pasado tener esa limitacion y encima tener que reservar con antelacion para poder usarla, ya que solo podian haber 6 personas a la vez no hace falta qie diga cuan diminuta era, pero fue lo unico, por otra parte te dann toallas y albornoces para la piscina, que como critica constructiva deberian solicitar una consigna y permitir que pudieras llevar el allbornoz a la habitacion, ya qie habia que devolverlo en recepcion, por lo demas todo correcto, perosnal del hotel muy distante pero bien

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Amazing buffet breakfast. The hotel was thoroughly cleaned. The only problem I encountered was the pillows, which were uncomfortable.
