Me sorprendió que en la habitación havia más cosas que en un hotel bastoncillos, desmaquillador , para prepararte un te un descafeinado manzanilla secador aumentó en el baño inconvenientes la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y no hay ascensor recepción de 10 a 24

La pensión está bien, le falta el ascensor pero Bea, que es lo mejor de esta pensión, es muy voluntariosa y me ayudó a subir la valija. Lo mejor de la pension, sin duda, es Bea

Pleasant and informative staff . Near castle, bus stops, and tram.The area is a bit shabby.Although this may add authenticity for some . Rooms good apart from interior Single room .which was very claustrophobic. But staff very helpful and changed room no problem. No lift so may be difficult for some .15 minutes walk to sea front. On the whole i enjoyed my stay here .

Central, handy for buses, clean, owner seems to discourage rowdy guests. Plenty of stairs so beware rooms on higher levels. From the little I saw It seems some rooms have had a makeover and some still awaiting but the ones I saw all adequate. Its not a 5 star hotel and prices reflect this. Visited in January and worried room might be cold, but air con worked warm too. Always plenty hot water. Handy large fridge it seems on each floor. Best of all friendly and helpful staff and owner

Estadia muito agradavel em estabelecimento simples e com acomodacoes mais confortaveis do que estava a espera.Pensao central e bem situada para conhecer a cidade toda a pe.Recepcionista muito simpatica que me permitiu imprimir o bilhete de aviao pois em 2 dias e meio nao encontrei uma unica loja onde o pudesse fazer.

Pamela at the front desk was really professional and helpfull with directions. Good location. Single bed rooms are really dark, there is a window, but you only see the building walls, 1 meter away, no light at all. I think they are renovating too

Close to bus stop for airport and tram station. Lovely quiet traditional place to stay in Alicante with friendly and helpful staff. Fridge shared by a few rooms on each floor which was clean and convenient. Comfortable bed and lovely balcony. Would definitely go back again. Reception lady was very helpful and informative on our arrival.

The hotel and the room are good but not AC and August could be a hell in Alicante . The rest is fine ,ask fir a kettle not problem you can use the refrigerator in the aisle so keep it cold you food . Staff very nice .
