The location is superb, very near to Lime Street Station and main shops. The front desk lady is accommodating and the service was good. Just be aware that if your room is on the top floor, you will need to carry your luggages and climb up stairs. For top floor, there is no heating in the room.

Thr hotel was lovely. The staff were so nice and tge room was spotless. It can get a bit noisy at night but my son slept through it all thankfully.

A good and clean room in a central location. Visited on a Saturday night and it was very loud until 2 am. Wouldn't recommend to early birds but more suitable after a night in town

Nice hotel but no windows in room

El pub de abajo pone la música muy alta hasta las 01:00, y luego la vuelven a poner a las 6:30. No se si en todas las habitaciones es lo mismo, pero en la que me tocó fue imposible dormir.

We selected this property for its close proximity to the train station which was fantastic. We liked the comfortable bed and pillows and it was also totally safe and central and clean. It had air conditioning which is a real plus in the summer. You could walk to a lot of the sights from here. The only negative is the noise from the bars below. We asked for a quieter room so were placed on the top floor which was the furthest away from the street level. So be prepared to carry your bags up 3 flights of stairs. It was still quite loud but we were glad we were on the top floor. But the issue with noise was something we already knew about ahead of time. The bathroom was clean and the shower facilities were great.

Location was just perfect for us. Everything within walking distance. Pleanty of options for shopping, food, drinknor entertainment. Will definitely stay there again.

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, property is really clean and comfortable. We were on the floor directly above the pub and it was a little noisy but we knew this before we booked and we stayed out fairly late anyway.

Hotel bom, porém fica em cima de uma bar que tem música muito alta até de madrugada. Nosso quarto era no primeiro andar bem acima do bar. A banda parecia estar dentro do quarto. Para quem tem sono leve, isso pode ser um problema

we were happy enough with the cleanliness , dont think the towels were changed while we were there .

Noisy location, friendly staff

No lift at the hotel so was on the 3rd floor room was very nice ! Only complaint was that the double bed was two singles pushed together and they kept coming apart so big gap appeared and made the bed uncomfortable!! Also noise from bars below was a bit loud and late into early morning but didn't bother me !! Overall the room was very good

For the price it exceeded my expectations. Very spacious. Great central location to everything. Friendly ,helpful staff. Steps up can be a challenge with big luggage.

Hotel is above a pub on a street with many pubs, so bring your earplugs since there will be loud music and talking and laughter into the morning hours. We had a room towards the back on the first floor, so maybe if you’re higher up you won’t hear it as much. Also there are stairs (about 20) to enter and then depending on your floor there are more. No elevator.
