服務很貼心細緻，令我們覺得有被細心照顧著的溫暖感受。 我們的房間在4樓，能看到美麗的湖景，要離開時真是感到依依不捨。 飯店裡沒有電梯，要爬的樓梯不少，但是上下樓有服務人員幫我們搬行李。 這次住二晚，細細遊覽奧日光景色，非常美好的回憶。下次再來玩還會選擇這裡。

雖然需要爬樓梯到四樓，但當我們表示行李多又重時，有服務人員來幫忙，真是太感謝了！

Small but clean & tidy. No escalator. The dinner & breakfast are good, but not fantastic. Location is superb.

No matter dinner or breakfast has quality food and yummy. The location is perfect and can so close to the lake.

工作人員非常貼心及親切，入住二晚，二晚晚餐不會相同， 房間對住湖，十分舒服。 溫泉很好，只是比較細，人少時還好。

服務非常好，另外有會中文的店員，館內沒有電梯，但服務人員會幫忙提行李。飯店內部不算新穎，但房間意外的非常寬敞，雖然是雙人入住但有接近四人房的空間。另外飯店內有溫泉可以使用，也有室外的部份（沒有景觀）。晚餐是固定菜單的，份量算是適中，不算高級。早餐是自助式的，基本的中西式都有。整體來說性價比很好，十一月末拜訪時，剛好遇到下雪，景館非常好。房內的景觀是稍微被阻擋的，只能看到部份。

房間非常寬敞又乾淨，溫泉品質也很不錯，住起來很舒服。

Perfect! The location is great since it sits near the lake and every morning I was awaked by the sunshine outside the window, also with mountains. Closes to stop 28, just opposite the hotel, bus from center and convenient for me even I’m a solo traveller with suitcase. But remember to check the time. I almost miss the last bus to go up there. Thanks for the owner and all the people who work there. The staff are hurrying but when they see the guests they still say hi and thank you very much, which touched me because I used to work in a hotel. Specifically, the owner (I think there are 2, younger one and elder one, both of them are handsome!), are pretty nice! They will remind you the breakfast time is almost pass if you don’t show up in the dinning room, also the younger owner gave me a ride to ropeway places(just being nice) and bus station (wind is tooooo strong! Barely can walk). There are also mini store, post office around there, if you don’t want to have dinner in the hotel, there is a restaurant nearby open until 22:00. The onsen closes at 00:00, don’t know what to complain...

小型溫泉旅館， 一流的溫泉和日式晚餐， 環境寧靜， 景色優美。 職員態度熱情， 位處湖畔， 散步和觀景都方便。

Clean room and convenient location (right next to a bus stop). The dinner and breakfast are tasty. The only downside is no elevator.

很不錯的一家旅館，房間蠻大的，服務人員非常親切，值得再次造訪。

お風呂は源泉掛け流しで良かったですが 早い時間は熱かったです。寝る前に入ったら丁度良い温度でした。お料理はとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方々の対応も良かったです。又利用したいです。

お部屋も広くて、お部屋から中禅寺湖が眺められました。秋には紅葉がキレイな姿を想像しながら眺めていました。温泉は湯元温泉の温泉を掛け流しとのことで、泉質がとてもよかったです。ただすごく熱かったので、長湯はできなかったのが少し残念でした。お料理はどれも美味しく、スタッフの方々も笑顔で対応してくださり、とても良いお宿だと思いました。（エレベーターがないので、足が悪い方には不向きだと思いました。） ありがとうございました。

Wonderful place to stay in the Nikko area. This is a small hotel of 15 rooms overlooking lake Chuzenji. You either make a bus from Nikko station or a have a car to drive up the mountain. There are lots of walks to do in this area and the Kegon waterfall is very impressive. The rooms are spacious and was in the western style. The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was a hassle. We had breakfast and dinner included which I would recommend. The breakfast had a variety of both western and eastern dishes. The dinners were in the kaiseki style and were fabulous. With beautiful fresh ingredients. They also inquire as to any food allergies and cater the meal to that. Could not ask for a better place to stay.

What a wonderful place to stay and relax. Breakfast and dinner were terrific!
