The hotel is quite old, room is spacious, the manager and staff are very helpful indeed. The charge of the room is reasonable in Mumbai, good for budget traveller. Big bed with clean bedsheet....... However, the facility is quite outdated. The location is walkable distance to the sea shore amd train station but a bit far from the sightseeing spots.

They are very unprofessional. Even though I had 2 room reservation for my family, when I checked in they said we have no room reserved. I had to find another hotel by taxi in that time. I never faced this before. That gave me a lot of unnecessary pain after 8 hours of journey. I highly recommend to avoid this hotel.
