Very good breakfast and dinner at their restaurant.

Our host and her staff were very friendly and helpful

Lovely old fashioned downstairs with bar and where they serve a full Irish breakfast. It’s a very old building and the floorboards in the bedrooms creak and you can hear the people in the next room. Interesting old town in someways and not at all touristy.

Wonderful food and owner is a delight!

Very good value, comfortble, welcoming small hotel / bed and breakfast. Covenient location for easy access to the motorways if working in the area.. Parking available with the hotel.

This was our favorite stay!! Everyone was kind, room was PERFECT. The bed was so comfortable, got the best sleep. The shower too was spacious and hot with changeable pressure! It had a downstairs bar/diner that had live music but could hear nothing in your room! Breakfast was also a banger! Lol Great find. The place was decorated in beautiful antiques and was full of charm.

Absolutely loved this place. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Off street parking and a short walk to shops bars and restaurants. Free breakfast was great. This is everything we imagined an Irish guest house to be.

Amazing property and fun small town vibe

Windows need cleaned Cramped and cluttered reception area No one obviously in charge Cramped bedroom Pokey shabby shower cubicle. Shower basin dirty looking with badly patched grout Poor value for money

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We were not able to get breakfast the first day as we had to be out of the hotel before 8 so that was disappointing. But the second morning we were able to take advantage of the wonderful breakfast. The location was great for getting into Galway. Highly recommend.

Amazing spot and food! It felt like being home.

My husband got horribly sick with a bug and the staff was wonderful and took fantastic care of us! They were amazing!!!

Very pleasant stay, hospitable staff.

When I booked the hotel I advised them that it would be a late arrival and submitted two phone numbers in case they needed to make contact. On arrival the gate was closed and entry was not possible to park my vehicle. On attempting to contact by phone there was no answer. I had no choice but to continue to Galway to find alternative accommodation as I had an 08.00 appointment the following morning. When a refund was requested as entry was not possible it was refused. This stay was on a commute from Dublin to Galway for work purposes. Extremely disappointing, I do not recommend staying at New Park Hotel Athenry.

Had booked 3 rooms for weekend stay with family. Location is superb and in the heart of town. Check-in was straightforward and quick. Rooms are comfortable and clean, albeit possibly a little dated. Food was excellent for breakfast and dinner with a great range of choices to please everyone. The staff were extremely helpful and caring, especially when my elderly father took a bit of a fall. Would happily stay again & recommend for anybody visiting the area.

This property is older, so creaky floors make noise. No elevator. Staff was super. Breakfast was very good. .

Hotel is old style, has a family run feeling and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
