Super nett Mitarbeiter, Sauber, ganz neu Hotel.

很大的空間，加上有廚房，房間內應有盡有，雖然沒有提供早餐，也沒有客房服務，不過對於比較在意空間跟隱私的人來說，非常的棒，附近有超市跟電車可以搭，餐廳也不少，非常的方便。

It's one of best hotel I have stay, very close to city center. We could use kitchen in each room for enjoying our holiday in Wein.

It’s like a little flat, I wish this is my home. Not exactly in the city centre but close to underground station. 20~30mins walk to main area of the city or main train station(wien hbf) for those want to save transportation fee. Very nice staff, Thank you.

The staff gave us a warm welcome and they were very helpful. They definitely made the stay better! The room was tidy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. They provided shampoo/shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion. The kitchen has basic utensils. Everything was great. It would be better if they have water pot for foreigners (like me) who are not used to drink tap water. I will recommend this hotel to friends ;>

Todo en general muy bien. Le daría 5 estrellas ya que la limpieza, servicios e instalaciones están muy bien solo a considerar que la recepción tiene un horario de 8 am a 10 pm. Y la distancia a las atracciones principales es como de 20 min caminando.

2026年4月に9泊しました。アパート型のホテルで、スタッフは夜になるといなくなります。 ウィーンは3回目ですが、普通のホテルだと毎回外食になって、どうしても重たいので、2回目からキッチン付きのこのホテルを利用しています。基本的な調理器具は備わっていますが、電子レンジはありません。皿やコーヒーカップなどもあります。コーヒーマシンは最初使い方がわからず、スタッフに教えてもらいました。換気扇の使い方もわかりにくいので、聞く必要があると思います。塩や胡椒、油などはありませんので、料理をするときは買う必要があります。 スーパーは徒歩2～3分のところにBillaとEurosparあり、また、6分ほどのところにDespar Expressというガソリンスタンド併設の24時間営業のスーパーがあります。 洗濯は地下に洗濯機がありますが、利用する際はスタッフのいる時間に鍵を借りておく必要があります。洗濯は通常コースで2時間ほど、エクスプレスで30分ほどかかります。乾燥機は1時間半ほど乾燥させてもまだかなり湿っていて、私はバスルームのヒーター付きのタオル掛けに掛けてたりしていました。 交通の便はとてもいいです。トラムの駅まで徒歩3分ほどですし、バス停もすぐ近くです。ウィーンの国立歌劇場の前の駅まで5駅10分弱です。 夜は静かです。通りに面した部屋でも外の音は気になりませんでした。

The room was very clean, well appointed and quiet. Very large space with fully equipped kitchen! The reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

Sehr schönes Einzelzimmer mit Küche und Bad, alles neu uns sehr sauber und ruhig. Werde ich gerne wieder buchen!

Huoneistohotelli, jossa olen yöpynyt pari kertaa. Muuten hyvä, mutta yksi iso miinus: Hotelli vaatii 100€ takuumaksun, joka palautetaan vieraan lähdettyä (katevaraus poistui lähtöpäivän iltana n. klo 17 aikaan). Summa on isoin mihin olen missään törmännyt, enkä valitettavasti varmaan yövy täällä toiste sen vuoksi. Huoneessa on espressokone, joka ei toisella käynnillä toiminut, eikä siitä ollut mainintaa (yritin tunnin saada sitä toimimaan).

Çok temiz, çok saki ve tatlı bir otel. Tekrar gelirsem yine kalırım kesinlikle. Çok teşekkür ederim her şey için. A very clean, quiet, and lovely hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I come back. Thank you very much for everything.

Très bel appartement avec deux balcons. Peut-être un peu plus d'ustensiles serait apprecié. Le personnel a été tres accommodant et gentil. Tout était proche: 3 épiceries, le tram en bas de l'hôtel, des restos, une boucherie. Vienne est une très belle ville et le transport y est vraiment super ! Séjour vraiment très agréable !!!

The check in was flawless with a real human showing us to our unit. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The mattress was great even for one with back issues. I would highly recommend.

Wieder alles prima, gewünschtes Zimmer bekommen,Zimmer in sehr gutem Zustand, Personal Wie immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wunderbares Stadthotel, sehr gut gelegen, man erreicht alles prima mit den Öffis.
