Quarto amplo, limpo, estacionamento, atendimento excelente!

I love this hotel. It was just behind Saint Rita church. The hotel has everything, nice restaurant and the front desk people were nice. The hotel has a good place to park. The room was very comfortable and beautiful view. I will stay again

The hotel itself was spotless and perfectly located right in the heart of Cascia, just steps away from the Basilica of Saint Rita, which made visiting incredibly convenient. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. If you're visiting Cascia, I highly recommend staying here — it's truly the best location with top-notch hospitality!

Belle chambre, personnel sympathique bon breakfast.

O hotel fica praticamente dentro do Santuário de Santa Rita. Ele parece um hospital gigante antigo, necessitando de reforma, pois é muito antigo. O estacionamento é grande e sem custo. As atendentes na recepção não foram muito educadas no chek-in, pois embora eu tenha reservado e pagado dois quartos, insistiram de forma grosseira que eu havia reservado apenas um quarto. Não tiveram a iniciativa de tentar contatar a plataforma do hotéis.com para tentar solucionar o problema, o que revela total despreparo no atendimento da recepção do hotel. Por fim, eu tive que entrar em contato com o hotéis.com que me deu os números das reservas e depois elas identificaram que eu estava certa quando disse que reservei dois quartos. Sequer houve um pedido de desculpas por parte das atendentes, demonstrando total despreparo no atendimento ao público. Já era quase 20h pm, todos estavam cansados e a primeira impressão não foi boa da recepção. Lamentável. O café da manhã é tipo bandejão, mas tem muita variedade de coisas, sem muita qualidade, mas ok.

My wife and I enjoyed a 2 night stay. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff made our stay especially memorable. The spacious double room was exceptionally clean, with modern decor. There is a wide choice of items in the continental breakfast and two restaurants, one offering a fixed price menu and a smaller, popular with families and groups, and another more intimate restaurant offering an al a carte menu.

arrivée en voiture fortement déconseillée, attente épouvantable tous les soirs pour accéder a un minuscule parking toujours plein et difficilement accessible. personnel adorable mais sans utilité en cas de problèmes. chambres très propres mais très basiques, pas de clim pas de frigo pas de coffre, ambiance hôpital ou maison de retraite. Petit déjeuner très passable. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Muito bom

Clean, with several English speaking staff, and very close to the Basilica. The breakfast attendant, Momo, was so generous and kind when a member of our party needed some extra help. He really went above and beyond. Certainly would recommend if you value cleanliness and proximity to sights and restaurants.
