It was my second time at Mercure Hai Phong. It’s always one of my favorite hotels here. Friendly staffs especially FO Ms Chi are amazing. Just feel like I was staying at my home. She offered me to get lounge access (as I’m a platinum member but my booking wasn’t on Acc*r Apps) Definitely will stay here again

I booked the studio room but it looked very small, totally different from the photos on the website (like a standard/deluxe room). Our room is not private as it shares a connecting door with the near-by room, which makes me really uncomfortable and UNSAFE while staying there. When I paid such a premium price for studio room, I expect high quality service and at least ultimate privacy, not a big room divided into 2 smaller studio room like Mercury does. In addition, the hotel is just a small part of the big buildings as the rest are residential apartments. For the bathroom, it looks very small and there is no bath tub. For the rooftop Sky bar, the view is amazing but it is closed. I heard the rumour that they did not pay salary to the bar staff so they could not afford to keep it running. The receptionists are not professionally trained. When I checked out, she asked me to wait for room check and she did not inform us even when the room check was complete. For reference, I stayed in Mercure Ba Na hills before, but Im not happy with the service as well. I DO NOT recommend people to stay in this hotel. It looks amazing outside but the interior room design and service are NOT worth the premium price.

Khách sạn nằm ở trung tâm gần nhiều khu ăn uống. Nhân viên lịch sự hòa nhã dễ thương. Bữa ăn sáng nhiều món để lựa chọn nhiều món ăn ngon. Phòng ốc nhỏ nhưng gọn gàng sẽ bố trí hợp lý. Thức ăn tại nhà hàng rất ngon. Sẽ quay lại cùng gia đình.
