good price friendly staff near shopping area

it was a bit trouble upon arrival day. I and my parents wanted just to drop our suitcases before check-in time but the place was closed in the morning. there was an information sign also but in Japanese langue. I called to the owner but she couldn't speak English. So we waited and asked for a guy to call and explain the owner again. Others are fine. Room and toilet were cleaned and tidy.
