The property is in the Medina so one must use google maps or similar to find it. Staff is multi-lingual, and if you have concerns the staff is extremely helpful. They truly want your experience in the Medina to be a good one.

This Riad is either going through financial issues or some sort of mismanagement. •Wifi broken (unpaid bill) •Unclean rooms various things not working or not in a good state •Rooftop not kept after, no cushions out light fixtures on the floor. •Laundry in the hallway. Also one more note, this is not a safe neighborhood in the evenings without a guide. Constant harassment from locals. Highly reccomend staying in new media, and traveling to old media for a visit during the day. (non holiday)

Bagno sporco e lenzuola ancora più sporche, quando ho chiesto di cambiarle me ne ha date altre ancor apiù sporche, abbiamo dovuto per la prima notte dormire in una camera di minor livello rispetto a quella pagata dove vi erano due letti singoli attaccati e non matrimoniale come prenotato e dove anche li le lenzuola erano sporche. al secondo giorno si è rotto il alvandino e quindi ogni volta che lo si usava doveva mettere sotto un catino per raccogliere l'acqua che cadeva e svuotarla poi nel wc. Il ragazzo dell'hotel praticamente inesistente, nessun aiuto su richiesta navetta eroporto, ristoranti, guide, tour....insomma posto sconsigliatissimo.

The price was way overpriced. When we arrived there was no toiletpapir, no bedsheet. The airconditioning wasn’t working. The service was minimum for an expensive stay. Disappointing.
