We had our room upgraded from fan room to aircon which is located to the beachfront for a reasonable price. The owner and staff are accommodating and very attentive to our needs. Place is accessible too, near to convenience stores, budget meal place (try manolo's lodge and restaurant for an affordable but delicious food), tricycle terminal. We had a super great stay!

The pictures online are the same when you see them personally. Hotel is near the beach. The only problem we encountered is the door knob of our room which is hard to open. Overall experience was great and we'll surely book them again. they allowed us to check in early too!
