Very good service for us and children friendly

房間有異味，床頭很多塵，床單有煙味

The hotel room is a normal Japanese room size but it has a open air balcony with a large bathtub which is rarely seen. The room’s furniture (bed/ TV cabinet) is a bit old but the room are amazingly clean. Hotel amenities are efficient, providing two sets for indoor and outdoor bathrooms. Excellent location with few minutes walk can arrive the shopping area with a variety of restaurants. Also, 10 mins’ walk to the ferry harbour with a good view of Sakurajima Island. Room rate is unbeatable with nice and helpful hotel staff. Will definitely stay again in my next visit.

露台浸浴舒服，但多塵；頂層洗衣、乾衣平宜

整體無論設施, 員工的態度能力, 都是很不俗, 最好下次早餐加多洋食就更好了. 不過下次再來的一定再次入住

酒店職員有禮，房間整潔，由於當天是我太太的生日，我email酒店。當天入到房間，酒店帶給我們的驚喜，有特別的佈置外，還送上小食、果酒、生日卡。

位置極方便，鄰近很多餐廳，樓下便是天文館通，徒步十多分鐘便到中央車站

房間很多不同類型的燈、令房間十分光亮。 酒店提供的個人護理產品非常齊全！在房內的浴缸浸浴很舒服！房內就有附加濕器，非常貼心！ 地點很好、是性價比高的酒店，下次會繼續入住。

酒店位於天文館，由大街轉入約行三分鐘。我選這間酒店的原因，是看中它的房間有個大浴缸設於露台。感覺房間空間大了，並且可以慢慢享受類似露天風呂的浸浴。 酒店大堂有免費飲品和多款糖果供給住客，有些樓層有漫畫書櫃和不同枕頭可供選擇。我的房間在最高層的10樓，浴室比我之前住的兩間酒店大，放滿一支支的用品，還有一包浴鹽，鹿兒島沒有太多街行，我兩晚都一早吃過晚餐，然後在浴室洗澡，再到露台舒適的聽著音樂，享受浸浴，很是一流。早餐是在二樓的日式餐廳吃，你只要選擇飲品，然後有人攞一set 的日式早餐給你，可惜我住兩晚，兩天的早餐都是一樣的! 天文館有去鹿兒島機場的巴士，酒店行去巴士站約7分鐘路程，由天文館去機場約1小時車程。

前台人員服務態度很好，親切友善，樂意解答問題。房間很乾淨，裝修風格不錯，而且有露台和大浴缸，還附送礦物浴鹽可泡澡放鬆。酒店位置很近車站、食店和天文館通。有機會再來鹿兒島的話，會再入住此酒店。

在市中心，附近有便利店，房間新淨，浴室有很充足的清潔用品 酒店有停車場，可重覆出入，但屬多層式儲車格 對面酒店一樓有很棒的早餐

我選左露台房住了3晩…酒店有很多窩心的設計，浴室也很大很舒適！露台景觀一流！隔離有7－11…又近天文館通～正！

A small hotel packed with charm, great amenities and a friendly staff. The view of Sakurajima from the 10th floor public terrace is worth your stay.

隣が工事中でうるさかった

Kleines aber feines Hotel. Gute Lage, einfach mit der Tram zu erreichen. Zahlreiche Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sauberes Zimmer und angenehme Größe. Freundliches Personal. Da es aber ein Zimmer mit offenen Badewannenbereich war, konnte der Lärm von der nahe gelegenen Baustellen trotz Glastür relativ ungehindert und deutlich ins Zimmer dringen. Außer hat das Bett bei der kleinsten Bewegung übermäßig gequietscht und geknarzt. Die günstigeren Zimmer sollen aber sehr klein und beengt sein.

Good location, but room is way too small. No restaurant in hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet despite the outside construction. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
