Just hope the housekeeping will clean the floor properly after this. The floor is quite dirty and sticky can't even walk in barefoot. And why inside washroom got cockroaches 😅.

It will be better if the TV channels coverage is much clearer and stronger. Most of the channels is not clear at all. Air conditioner is leaking. Otherwise is okay. Thanks.

Spacious room and bathroom for family room type. General cleanliness was acceptable, can improve on the bathroom. Ample parking and lots of nearby shop. Necessities are within reach.

No bathroom mat, very dirty and not hygienic, will never ever book this place again, and please everyone don't waste your money.

Nice room, friendly staff and good location. But unable to sleep well as noisy from vehicles as the hotel in front of main road. Need to improve sound prove at window area.

Hotel ini tidak berapa jauh dari kawasan perumahan yang banyak sekitarnya terdapat pasaraya ikhwan dan bermacam kedai serta pusat didikan agama bagi kanak-kanak. Stafnya peramah, saling membantu dan beradab bila bicara.

Room are clean and neat... Perfect for short vocay.. Aircond are very good and cold.. 👌

The room was clean and spacious. As this is a family room, we're quite surprised to see the washroom door with huge gap.

Overall the room was okay just its a bit noisy,sounds came from the nearby main road and the toilet was not so clean..but it's all okay..

Hotel ok untuk urusan keje, parking berbayar, bukan parking hotel, dalam bilik tiada telefon untuk urusan urgent.

The room was okay, toilet also okay but the door of the bathroom quite annoying cause the sound was noisy when you open and close the door. I stay 20-21 apr and aware that there will be distribution of water since syabas already release their notice but effected date is 24th on ward. But unfortunately, the hotel didn't have enough tank of water, which I want to take bath on 8am on 21st and there no water. I ask them, and they said their tech checking the tank. But I wait for almost 30 min and there's still no water. So, I think hotel management must have to think what to do if the repeat situation happen
