The stay was fine but in hindsight wouldn’t book again. Pros - great location in the city centre and the room was clean. Cons - bed was so uncomfortable, very noisy at night due to clubbers etc, lift worked intermittently. When we checked in the guy at the desk thought there had been a mistake with the booking because we were two people of the same gender needing a one bed room. When we corrected him his demeanour changed and we found service to not be as friendly as before. Would avoid and spend £40 more to get a much nicer hotel

The location is great near shopping mall, resturants ... exactly inside the town centre area. The hotel is very safe, but the room is small and no hot water. It is the great price for the family of 4.

Excellent location, a short walk from restaurants, venue and the train station. A very short walk to 2 arcades full of independent retailers and designers. Got a windowless room as usual - both a bargain and really helps with a good night's sleep.

Central location and functiomal rooms that ate ok for a night. Starting to get tired looking in some rooms

Just a basic room. No chair. No luggage rack. No hooks for bath towels. No shelf in bathroom. 2 hanging spots only on the wall. The bed was rock hard with only one pillow.

We arrived on a Saturday I rang the Monday and Wednesday before arriving to confirm early check in as we had a wedding to attend at 3 and check in was 3pm I was told both times when I rang the room would be ready and I will need to pay £20 I arrived and there was no one on reception after knocking on doors and ringing reception we headed up stairs to find staff sat in a staff room all chatting and laughing. I was given £5 off my early check in and had to pay £30 damage deposit. I am disappointed they told me I would have early check in but had to wait 45 min for staff after finding them socialising in the office and then the other group of us had been declined a early check in meaning 7 of us had to use a bedroom that sleeps 2 to get ready

We got here, no staff on reception. We had to wait 40 mins for a member of staff to come and check us in. We were unable to check in earlier having rang 3 times the week before to ask for early check in due to a wedding we were attending, Staff were not helpful.

No frills hotel in the middle of Leeds. Easy walk from the station and short bus ride to Stylus at Leeds Uni to watch a band. Great value and didn't cost much more than an Uber would have been to go back to Halifax. Check-in was easy, bed and pillows were comfy, air con was efficient and water was hot and powerful. Yes there's not much room round the bed and the bathroom is small but for 1 night it was fine. There was no view and we couldn't open our window but like I said the air con cooled the room quickly. There's only 1 fixed hanger so if you're staying longer take your own. Would definitely stay again if we could get a room for a similar price.

Location is good. Reception lady seems getting minimum wage, still doing her job with unwilling face. Twin room with window (no view at all) is SUPER small, without any table or bench to leave your belongings. Just two fixed hangers which didn’t help. Shower head is leaking a lot. You’ll need to borrow the hair dryer from the reception. To get into the floor you need to tap your room card, security level is good.

Was lovely and clean mattress was a bit hard not comfortable only 1 pillow

Ok for a one or two nights budget stays, great location in the centre of Leeds, 2 minutes walk from Trinty shopping and 10 minutes walk from the train station. Surrounded by many shops and eateries.

With the world’s thinnest mattress made of cardboard and pillows with a likeness to stone, this is just the start of a poor and expensive stay. The en-suite was cramped and the shower was barely warm with nearly no water pressure. I’d only ever recced this hotel for a one night stay out of absolute necessity. Paying upward of £100 for a room with no windows would be fine if the amenities weren’t such a joke. The ONLY plus to this hotel is location.

Cheap and cheerful, which is what I expected. I was in Leeds visiting friends so I wasn't going to be in the hotel much excwet to sleep. And that was fine. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, though not very large. Facilities were basic, but as I as not there much, that was grand.
