这套位于墨尔本的公寓非常棒，居住体验舒适。地理位置极其便利，靠近公共交通、咖啡馆、餐厅和购物区。您所需的一切都近在咫尺。

哇，一切都太不可思议了！我们凌晨1点左右到的，但接待员（Ahamed）非常友好热情，乐于助人。办理入住大概花了5分钟，然后我就拿到了房间钥匙。从房间可以欣赏到绝佳的城市景观！这套宽敞的两居室公寓，坐拥迷人的城市景观。一切都设施齐全，而且是全新的。不到200澳元，我简直无话可说了。真是太划算了！

工作人员非常乐于助人，但没有客房服务，我住了 3 晚，很难保持房间清洁

位置非常好，靠近维多利亚市场。

房间干净整洁，厨房设施齐全，靠近许多餐厅，但因为位置在市区，所以步行即可到达。入住手续办理得非常快，我们提出问题后，他们也非常乐于助人。值得推荐。

房间很宽敞。很喜欢大窗户的景色！房间里有点烟味。位置非常好，步行不到 5 分钟即可到达墨尔本中心和所有那些美食场所。

My stay was so amazing. The rooms were clean, the staff were nice. They even gave us a free upgrade to a two bedroom apartment.

The place is so great, the location is exceptional, and the staff are very nice. We took 2 bedrooms superior for our stays and the unit is very clean. We enjoyed staying there. Mariem, one of the front office personnel, was very helpful. They only mistakenly took our message when we had a broken key to the front door by allowing the maintenance team to come in to fix it when we were not in the unit without our permission. Nothing was lost and the manager made it up during our next stay.

This apartment is perfect for family vacation. It’s strategic location in free tram zone make us easy to find foods, fruits and groceries. Especially for moslem there are many halal restaurants like pondok rempah, borek Turkish, etc. We enjoy our stay in Avani.

Lokasi ok, kemana-mana dekat, room ok sesuai dengan deskripsi, ga sempit. Nyaman dan bersih. WiFi-nya juga gratis tapi cuma 1gb/hari, kayaknya untuk orang Indonesia yang biasa pakai WiFi unlimited ga cukup cuma 1gb.

I had the most pleasant stay here as Avani very close to shopping mall, free tram, restaurants and supermarkets. Avani also clean and comfortable. I will definetely come back and stay at Avani.

Bagus sekali viewnya semuanya, tapi housekeepingnya kurang bersih. Lokasi bagus sekali!
