We had a problem with the air conditioning. They were very helpful in having it repaired quickly. The room was cleaned daily, always extra water. The staff At the front desk were wonderful to deal with. No problem with the Wifi. The breakfast had lots of healthy choices, great coffee

Hotellet ligger perfekt for et kortere eller længere besøg i Valencia. Selv om det er midt i byen er der stille, værelserne og badeværelser er lækre og rene, og det supervenlige personale hjælper med alt. I can’t really give this hotel either a bad or a glowing review — it was just okay overall. The staff were lovely and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, but the hotel itself was very basic and definitely not what I would consider four-star standard. In our first room, the air conditioning didn’t work. To their credit, the staff did try to fix it, and when that wasn’t possible they moved us to another room. The second room was larger and the air conditioning worked perfectly, but again, the room itself felt very basic. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I’ve honestly never had such a poor breakfast experience at a hotel, and on our last day we decided to skip it entirely and eat elsewhere. There was no buffet or fresh bread available. My husband ordered a toastie, which turned out to be made with cheap white sliced bread with the crusts cut off, and it looked like it had barely touched the toaster. All in all if you are looking for basic hotel in the centre this is a great choice, but it was very expensive for what we received. I would definitely not book again!

Welcoming was so warm and kind , the hotel is beautiful , cozy , elegant and the room perfect . It’s super clean , it smells good everywhere . This hotel is a little pearl.

This was just the most perfect hotel for us (3 night break with friends). The location could not be better with easy access to sightseeing and shopping areas. Reception staff were so helpful and the cocktail bar was buzzy. Rooms comfortable and wide choice of breakfast. Highly recommend.

Top hotel met zeer centrale ligging. Zeer goede uitvalsbasis om stad te verkenning. Ontbijt is "A la carte", bijgevolg men heeft iets meer tijd nodig maar het iets langere wachten is dit zeker waard. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader.

All was great with the room and the hotel staff The breakfast is good but late on sat and sunday (be aware of that) The locatation is great Bar have very nice ambient! Also as streets are very small the pick up point for the hotel on plataforms uber/ cabify is not front of the hotel.

Staff were amazing - so polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was quirky with large, minimalist rooms - personally I would have preferred some better lighting in the bathroom and maybe a larger side or table to put things on in the actual bedroom but otherwise was clean and airy. Breakfast served on the roof terrace was just lovely with a wide variety of options (and suitable alternatives for me as a coeliac) and was a highlight of each day :) There was also a welcome drink voucher on arrival redeemed at the attached Cafe de Madrid. Hotel was very central near the cathedral and I would highly recommend a stay here.

We loved our room, it was small, but just perfect. The hotel is in an excellent location, everything is just around the corner or a short walk away. The rooftop is wonderful and the café is a great spot for a drink. But by far the staff are what make this a special place.

Det var ala carte meny til frokost som var helt super god mat. Rengjøring av rommet hver dag som også var helt topp. Hotellet ligger sentralt til i gamlebyen, så ikke langt å gå til severdighetene. Personalet var veldig hjelpsomme og ga oss mange tips til restauranter og ting å gjøre. Skal vi til Valenciana igjen, kommer vi til å bo på Myr Marques igjen.
