This was your typical small hotel room w basic amenities. It had everything that we needed as we stayed in capri for a day trip. It’s a small hike up from the main port and then another small hike up to the first town center. For the price it’s a great spot and great location. The bus system is fairly easy and can be utilized to get all around the island.

This hotel truly deserves some love. You can tell it once had its glory days, but it could use some renovations to bring back its charm. The facilities are fine, though the presence of ants in the room and a weak air conditioner made the stay less pleasant than it could have been. That said, the staff were wonderfully courteous — both at the reception and the person taking care of coffee and breakfast. With a bit of care and maintenance, this place could shine again. 💛

Clean and nice room (basic room). Access to the patio/terrace was great .... lovely views from the terrace. Excellent staff and service! A short walk to the centre of Amalfi.

Beautiful location with a beautiful view of the ocean from the sitting/ dining area . Jacob stayed late to check us in and was I touch with me through out using WhatsApp . Upgraded our room. Kudos to Jacob again .Breakfast was great as well. Instructions were clear and precise . Bus stop was less than 50 yards from the property Would stay her abain

Localização aproximadamente no meio do caminho, entre a Piazzeta e a Marina Grande. Quarto limpo e confortável, ar condicionado funcionando bem, banheiro de bom tamanho. O contato com o proprietário foi bom, todos os questionamentos foram respondidos rapidamente. A estadia foi ótima. Me hospedaria novamente, com certeza.

Loved Villa Patrizi - cam e for 1 day and stayed for three. Conveniently located between Capri and the port. Be prepared to hike a couple hundred metres uphill but if in decent walking shape, this is not a problem. Staff are great and very helpful, shared lots of good advice. Look forward to returning.

The location was perfect. Just a few minute walk to the center. The room was cleaned daily with fresh new towels too. There's a pool and a common area for other guests. The room was also very nice with everything that you need. People from the reception were also very helpful and kind. There's also a very nice view! Perfect stay in Capri!

A great choice for the price, with a very convenient location near the bus stop that gets you to Capri center in just five minutes. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and include room service. The rooms are a little small, but overall it’s a comfortable and good-value stay.

Séjour agréable sur l'ile de Capri. Très bon accueil avec 1 bouteille d'eau offerte à notre arrivée. Situation pratique pour rejoindre le port et le centre. Vue magnifique depuis la terrasse, piscine bienvenue au retour de randonnée.

This is a beautiful little hotel! The hotel service was efficient and very easy. It was about an 8-10 minute walking distance from restaurants/shops, which was very convenient.

Todo bien. Es un B&B y no tiene recepción 24 horas pero logramos acomodar los horarios. Es caro para ser 3 estrellas pero así es Capri.

halfway up the mountain to capri so you are about 15 min walk from the port and from the town square - very convenient! a lot of stairs if you walk though

RIP off for the price paid. Check in only until 3pm. Then remote check in. The rooms tired and small. The AirCon unit was filthy. Shower had mould. The pool area is unkept and tiles in and around the pool falling off.
