It was very good, Mary was an excellent host. I could contact her at anytime if I needed any assistance. I also liked the vip welcome. She looked out for me when I missed my way and upgraded my room. Will definitely recommend.

Great stay with friendly hosts. Rooms are clean and modern with well equipped shared kitchen.

My heart sank when I saw the condition of the property. I was traveling with my 11 year old daughter & she was too anxious to use the share bathroom, because the lock was inadequate. Downstairs, the toilet door handle was broken, leaving it very unsafe. Our blinds were broken (fixed to an extent on arrival, as was the TV and flickering light bulb) the laminate was coming away from the floor & there were holes around the building. However, it was very clean and there had been efforts to make the room more pleasant. A pair of curtains and a rug would have made all the difference to the comfort of this room. The staff & owner were very helpful, polite & friendly but overall, I was disappointed by the stay because of building’s condition.

The host was friendly and helpful. Thank you. The shared facilities such as bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The room itself was clean, warm and comfortable (e.g. own kettle, tea, towels). The location is quiet and near to a supermarket. It is an old flat, which deserves upgrading, renovation and attention to detail (i.e. filling the hole in the celling, bathroom & toilet doors and walls).

We were looking for a value for money place to stay while visiting and picking up our new puppy. The hotel was ideal. We could bring our present dog and he was welcomed. We were put in a ground floor front room to make life easier. The facilities were clean and comfortable. This is a budget hotel it does what it says on the tin. The toilet/bathroom facilities are what let it down. Very cramped not the best of locks. Cleanliness is present and encouraged with notices. A great communal kitchen is available. We used fridge and microwave. Large tv and kettle in room. Great for short stay.

We stayed out this accommodation 2 nights as we were in Stockton attending a gig. The host Mary was very welcoming. Very polite lady, and extremely helpful. We had a large room which was clean and comfortable. This accommodation is a large shared house and pretty basic. It suited our needs, so we left as happy customers. If your looking for the ritz this isn’t the place to be but worth the price and would stay there again.

Quite basic but some areas done with style. Not much noise insulation.

We where met by Mary the host who was great and showed us around. Outside on street parking and good wifi.

Ideally situated for a 4 day work stay. Room clean and comfortable and kitchen facilities more than adequate making the booking excellent value for money

Friendly staff - good location. The property was ideal for a short stay. Clean and well managed.

Staff are the strongest asset. They are very friendly and hard working. Accommodation is completed to a high standard, though occasionally, it is a little rough around the edges, but nothing major at all. The loo is a bit cramped - but the bedroom more than makes up for this. It is excellent value money. I recommend.
