The whole property is majestic. The staff are very courteous and the surrounding area is beautiful and very walkable. The in house restaurant is amazing, albeit pricey. Our only minor quibble is house keeping didn’t come by more than once per day and didn’t grab all our garbage.

Absolutely loved our stay. The staff could not have been better.

Beautiful location, close to town. They can drive you into town, but getting back it’s a 15 minute walk.

The hotel was great. Staff were excellent and always helpful. The restaurants at hotel were exceptional. We particularly enjoyed dining with Julian and his staff.

Les chambres classiques sont une honte au regard du prix (800€/nuit). Confort moyen, chambre digne d'un 2 étoiles, très étroite... Heureusement que le cadre extérieur de l'hôtel est sympa puisqu'on a évité autant que faire se peut la chambre. La restauration est vraiment moyenne. Seul point positif, la localisation et l'accueil des équipes.

The view from the hotel is incredible. The staff is available to help in any way possible. We stayed here in a comfort room for our honeymoon and couldn’t have had a better experience. The first day we explored the Calanque (quick walk from the hotel) and the second day just enjoyed the pool/ sea/ breakfast on the property. We will definitely plan to stay again!

We spent 3 nights at this property to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The property was absolutely beautiful. The views are unmatched, and we loved the hospitality. We will be back.

I left a beautiful dress in the closet and it was nowhere to be found Very disappointed….

Le cadre est absolument splendide, le site des Roches Blanches est exceptionnel. Toutefois, plusieurs points ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles pratiquant des tarifs aussi élevés : La climatisation de notre chambre fonctionnait mal, avec un message "nettoyer filtre" affiché sur la télécommande. Il aurait été judicieux de procéder à l’entretien des filtres avant l’arrivée de la saison estivale. La salle de sport est indigne d’un établissement de ce standing : moins de 10 m², trois machines serrées, aucune place pour dérouler un tapis au sol. C’est franchement décevant. Beaucoup de clients extérieurs viennent profiter des installations de l’hôtel, ce qui nuit au calme et à l’exclusivité que l’on est en droit d’attendre. Nous avons pourtant déjeuné et dîné à plusieurs reprises dans les restaurants de l’hôtel. Lors du départ, j’ai spontanément partagé ces remarques à la réception, mais aucun geste commercial ni réelle écoute ne nous ont été proposés. En résumé, un lieu magique et un personnel globalement agréable, mais une expérience qui reste en deçà des standards attendus pour un établissement de ce niveau.

Absolutely beautiful in every way. The staff is exceptional! Florian was amazing and took such good care of us. His recommendations were spot on. Leo was also very kind and helpful. We will be back! Merci beau coup!

What a wonderful surprise! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly & accommodating & it’s within walking distance to the Port off Cassis. Can’t wait to return!

This property is so beautiful I didn’t want to leave. Absolutely spectacular! The views of the Mediterranean from the lovely terraces, pools, restaurant, bar - just amazing. I definitely want to return and spend more time.

View and dinners(dorade, freshly fished ) were fabulous, my kids who know well many 1 to 3 stars Michelin restaurants, they would give 1-2 to the new chief Mr. Berger, kids never. lie. Big thx to Anaëlle (reception) and Camille ( chief of the service), Merci
