It great, the front desk staffs are really nice.

It was perfect for my stay. Really close to the AirPort, shopping, and attractions.

It was fun and family friendly.

Great little hotel

This location is just outside of Syracuse, it’s very easy to get downtown and to Destiny USA. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable and the coffee was fresh. We really like the Tru Hotels.

Second time at this location. Very clan. Nice location.

Great location, near the freeway and airport

Two different front desk clerks told us we could park our motorcycles under the cover because it was supposed to rain. A few hours later we had to move them and park them in the rain. I was very disappointed

The room was a decent size and the bathroom was decent. The bathroom floor near the walls was dirty with bits of dirt and a few pieces of plastic. Bed is very firm, and air-conditioning was loud.

Property was very clean and conveniently located. It was close everything you would need or want to do in the area.

First time at a Tru hotel - this place knocked it out of the park! Not a brand new building but felt like it. Super friendly staff, daily updated info board about a variety of local resources, clean and modern rooms and common spaces. Full breakfast included, not just bagels and apples. Even the coffee was pretty good. Shop in the lobby had a wide selection of snacks and beverages. Highly impressed with Tru!
