Check in was great. I like how staff is trying their best. View from the pool was great. Dining was a bit limited with some items on menu not available.. Quality of food is ok.

The swimming pool is mostly habited by pigeons and i have not stepped in for over 2 years now. regularly requesting the team to place a pigeon net. The house keeping team needs a little reminding for all small things. i have to go through a lot of calls and also personally walk to restaurant to get myself a water botthe (RO water in glass bottle) as the house keeping are not allowed to deliver that. kindly make this a norm as in other major hotels across the country.

Die Umgebung war nicht so toll, aber das Hotel was sehr gut. Ich vergebe nur 4 Sterne, weil für 5 schon noch etwas mehr dazu gehört.

Stayed here twice in this trip, and both times were put in rooms with humming noise from the AC! Couldn't sleep peacefully. Eventually, found a room on fourth floor that was relatively quiter. The staff in the front desk can only speak Bengali, Hindi, and English! For a hospitality service provider, there should be atleast one native language speaker to support guests. Now for the positive... if you book your room with breakfast included, it is an awesome deal. The breakfast is something that's not to be missed. And great courteous service too. Overall, given our choices for stays in the area, this is one of the best that I'll recommend confidently.

I've had the pleasure of staying at Fortune Park Vellore multiple times, and it continues to exceed my expectations with each visit. A special mention must go to Kamini Sharma, the Head of Department, who always ensures that every aspect of my stay is perfect. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service is truly commendable. She goes above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met, and it's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The culinary experience here is also worth highlighting. The Head chef Mr Gavaskar and Mr Elango consistently prepares exquisite meals, and I appreciate the special dishes that are made just for me. The flavors are always on point, and the presentation is beautiful. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I'm always excited to see what's on the menu. I look forward to my next visit!

Property is good but its location isn't ... Like an oasis in desert ...

I have no idea if expedia is to be blamed or the hotel . Though expedia had said pay at the property my credit card was debited with out informing me ,Well before my check in time.
