Excellent agriturismo in maremma. Wonderful rooms and very friendly staff. If at all, breakfast could be richer (no croissants) and there is no bar or restaurant service at lunchtime so that you have to take your car and go outside if you want to eat something.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Von der wunderschönen Unterkunft über den sehr freundlichen Service, gab es nichts, das uns gefehlt hat - wie aus einem Bilderbuch!

Beautiful grounds! Staff were so helpful with giving suggestions on several places to visit around the area. I only wish we had been able to spend more time there. We will definitely be back!

Bien mieux qu'un hôtel, un domaine agrotouristique avec un joli parc au milieu des oliviers (production d'huile d'olive) magnifique : L'emplacement aux portes du Parc de la Maremme et à 10 mn de Grosseto pour les sorties en soirée, une chambre dans la Villa digne des beaux palais italiens, un accueil attentionné, notamment de la part de Nicoletta et Francesca, un petit déjeuner excellent, un restaurant qualitatif, une belle piscine pour se rafraichir des chaleurs de l'été … nous avons passé cinq jours parfaits. Pour la note ? 5/5 évidemment.

Ottimo servizio e gentilezza, agriturismo molto tradizionale. Eravamo soli in questo periodo e siamo stati davvero bene. 10 mi. Da Grosseto. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Un posto bellissimo, tra gli ulivi e i cipressi. Una piscina discreta, un ottimo ristorante all’aperto dove si fa anche colazione tra casolari rimessi a nuovo con grande gusto. Un posto veramente da vedere

Location ottima immersa nella natura, bagno della camera piccolo e datato, pulizia mediocre (da migliorare). Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo deciso di cenare al ristorante del casale una sera ma non siamo rimasti per nulla soddisfatti, anche la colazione scarsa e le cose non erano fresche

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir wurden herzlich von Claudia empfangen, sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber und sehr geräumig. Man kann da oben die Seele baumeln lassen und komplett abschalten. Wenn man aus dem Zimmer kommt hat man ein riesiges Olivenhain vor der Tür , einfach traumhaft. Das einzigste was uns nicht gefallen hat war der Service beim Frühstück, die Dame war nicht sehr Service orientiert. Mussten immer erst nach Kaffee fragen und wurden dann etwas grimmig angeschaut , dann gab es getuschel unterm Personal . Aber es gibt einen tollen Pool und wunderschöne Rosmarinhecken auf dem Weg dorthin! Wir fanden es im großen und ganzen sehr schön dort und können es auch weiterempfehlen.

Nicht Gefallen: Schimmel an den Wänden. Der Kühlschrank war nicht sauber.

Very charming rooms and environment! Enchanting landscaping

Die Lage der Anlage ist sehr schön, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Große Kritikpunkte sind, WiFi nur vor dem Office, nicht in den Zimmern/Appartement, Bäder im besonderen die Dusche benötigen eine dringende Erneuerung. Frühstück "sehr italienisch" - nicht das Niveau einer 4-Sterne Anlage.

Très agréable hotel d'agrotourisme à proximité de Grosseto. Le site est magnifique, entouré d'une oliveraie. les chambres sont agréables et spacieuses, mais notre deuxième lit double, dans la mezzanine n'était pas très confortable. Le petit déjeuner (inclus) était très correct, ainsi que l'accueil et le service.

The farm is lovely with pretty old buildings. The room we stayed in was fine but the bathroom could do with a refit. Stafff were nice and breakfast very good.
