非常满意的住宿，比老板挂的图片好看多了。 国庆我们一家四口出游，订的套房，看得出来老板在用心的经营这家民宿，房间干净舒服，自家还有餐厅，菜做的很好吃。老板娘很热情，一直在详细的介绍景点路线。 唯一觉得可惜的是，老板在各大平台挂的图片不是很能体现出自己的特色。我随手拍了几张，和大家分享。 如果你厌倦了诚实的喧嚣，这家民宿是不错的选择。我们一家人在土家族的家里，吃吃饭，喝喝茶，看看景，很惬意。

Really great stay. Large spacious rooms with amazing views of Tianmen Mountain. Owner is super sweet and accommodating. Restaurant at the guesthouse is some of the best food we’ve had on the trip for an excellent value - close to downtown and the airport. Note that on DiDi / AMaps it only comes up as Zhangjiajie Bantian Homestay.

Very nice owners and very hospitable. They were always available to help us if need be and accommodated our later check out when we asked. Rooms are very nice with great views of tianmen mountain.

Cute little boutique hotel- it was decent enough! We only stayed for a couple of days with my friends. Overall not too bad! The only frustration we had was getting DiDi and the app can’t recognize the name of the hotel.for some reason the address that they provided on their website is not accurate. So if you are staying at this place, make sure to communicate with them and get the right address and save it on your phone.

Hemos estado muy bien y nos han atendido genial, pero lo malo es que tiene el aeropuerto muy cerca y no para de hacer ruido para auyentar a los pájaros.

its a small nice hotel with 5 star comfort and technology. also very clean, nice bed, nice furniture. before here, I stayed in a 5 star hotel in guiyang and there was no automatic curtains for instance. but here everything is included for your comfort. you can swim in the pool with rain, eat delicious food and rest. but you should aware of the airport noise, just that. staff was so friendly. very close to airport and city center is not so far, you can use the bus number 8. also very close to the cable way station for tianmen mountain.

Nos guiaron y nos ayudaron muchísimo para ir a Tianmen Montain. Cómo mexicano es muy importante, gente dispuesta por la barrera de idioma además tuvieron la atención de llevarnos al aeropuerto.

The highlight of the hotel is the customer service of the family owned business. The hotel is decent and has everything you need, The staff went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. Don’t wait and book it, they helped us arrange the tours and transition, you won’t have time to spend at the hotel as the tours are the entire day from early morning till late pm. It is really close to the airport. We are so lucky we booked this property. They are truly amazing

The accommodation is good for what it offers given the low price and the location. While it is not located in town, it is convenient and fast to get to town or the airport via local taxi or DiDi. The couple who manages the accommodation is friendly and proactive in addressing any issues. Only criticism is the poor noise isolation from the windows. There are a few sources of noise in the area. Firstly, as the accommodation is near the airport, you will get occasional noise from planes though this is a minor issue as there are not many flights into the airport given that this is not a big city. The second source would be the noise from the cars if your room faces the road. The last and most major source of noise would be the frequent ‘gun-like’ sound that is played to chase birds away (probably for the airport). This sound comes at regular intervals which can be annoying and sometimes alarming as you do not really know when it is being played. The accommodation would benefit greatly from installing double-glazed windows to block out these noises. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and it is evident that the couple are doing a lot to make the accommodation a pleasant place for their guests. All the best to them!

It was amazing, the couple that run the hotel were very hospitable and accommodating. The lady took from her own time to give us a guide on how to tour the city. The technology inside the actual rooms were top class as well. Heated toilets, automatic curtains, a pretty nice chandelier for a hotel. Not to mention, the scenery topped it all off. The swimming pool had nice scenery and I had a good time with my friends. The staff felt like family.

The owners were very attentive and friendly and answered any questions we had. The rooms were spacious and had modern fixtures. The owners also helped us resolve an issue related to a ride we booked. Overall they went above and beyond in terms of hospitality :)

Great and super helpful staff

Staff were nice, they use google translate to communicate with English speaking stayers. It was noisy at night and the pool was empty and looked like it had been that way for a long time.
