I have given this property a 1 star review because when we arrived at the property there were no towels. We were not notified beforehand and only discovered the lack of towels via a letter that was at the property upon arrival. It stated that we had to pre-book towels for an extra charge per person and they were subject to availability. It was stressful. This may sound trivial, but it really isn't - towels are pretty essential. The property is in the country, miles from any shops and we arrived at night. The letter also stated that we needed to pay extra for electricity. Again we were not notified beforehand. I tried to contact the managers but they didn't answer their phones. When one of the managers knocked on the door later in the evening he was surly and unfriendly. He said that I should have known to bring my own towels and that I needed to take it up with the property owner. I found the reservation information on Hotels.com which clearly stated that towels were included and didn't mention payment for electricity. I later received an email from the owner saying that I should have known. It really spoiled the trip. I left a day early and booked to stay somewhere else instead. The dishwasher didn’t work. No basics were provided, e.g. tea, coffee, sugar. The setting is beautiful and I'm sure it would be fine if you take your own towels and expect to pay extra for electricity.

Stayed for 3 nights but would love to come back in the summer and stay a bit longer. Lovely setting.

Family of two adults, two teenagers and dog. Accommodation did not disappoint. Location was extremely relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful gardens and surrounding nature. Villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. On-site managers Julie and Steve were friendly and welcoming.

Had a fantastic stay here and we were warmly welcomed by the extremely friendly and helpful owners. The lakeside villa was just perfect with everything we could possibly need. Peaceful location to relax and unwind and ideally situated to explore Cornwall. Will definitely return here soon. Thank for a perfect stay - Highly recommended

Stayed in Lakeview Villa 3. Location was great as family all lived close by. Lovely peaceful setting with the sound of the waterfall. Will be returning.

Good size property for a family. Cooker and dishwarer very old. Oven didnt work. Washine machine dirty. Good selection of pot and pans and cutlery. Kids loved it. All bedrooms had a musty smell but were ok. Need to pay for electricy in cash which is a bit embarassing if you dont have all the cash at hand. No indication howyhe calculation was done. We were asked for £30 for 3.5 days (without using the sauna)

Enjoyable stay, beautiful location. Food at the Village Inn was lovely and the reception area whilst unstaffed was very handy. Games, DVDs, local info etc. Sadly a few things didn't work (eg bedside lamps upstairs) and some of the furniture was a little tired in places, but in all a wonderful stay and very good value for money. Would stay again.

Прекрасная территория отеля. Действительно очень красиво.Тихо. Фото виллы соответствуют действительности+ сауна/ее на фото нет/, чисто, кухня укомплектована всем необходимым. Обслуживания, как такового нет. Все возникающие вопросы решаются по указанным телефонам. Супермаркеты в 10 мин.езды на машине. (За электричество надо доплачивать отдельно, в день от'езда. Информации об этом не было). Но это не испортило наш замечательный семейный отдых.
