Bedsheets were NOT changed from previous guest STAY . AND I WAS ASSIGNED THAT DIRTY ROOM and bathroom DOORS WALLS WERE FILTY. SHOWER DRAINS PLUGGED UP.

The rooms are very compact; small table and chair is provided inside the room but no space to reach out to those. Little more space could have been nice. Front office staffs are good but could have been more friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Authentic Tamil Nadu style breakfast and dining area staffs are awesome folks. Another important thing is noise. Since it's very close to the highway, vehicle movements are expected to be more. Hotel team could have considered sound proof windows to reduce the noise to some level. Overall good place in a prime location and happy to visit again.

The entire team was very helpful. Cannot say anything negative. Room was clean, BF was hot and fresh.

Average property, service not upto mark, we checked in by 9pm instead of 12 pm and inspite of many requests to extend checkout till 2pm instead of 11 am, there was no courtesy shown and we were flatly refused.
