Great breakfast

Clean and spacious rooms, our toilet was not clean on arrival but it was quickly sorted by the reception/cleaner. Comfortable beds, quiet location....we slept well. Breakfast was nice, lots to choose from. Wellness area is lacking slightly, the pool is very small. The lift to rooms is currently out of service so they operate a shuttle from the main entrance. The restaurant/room service are pricey but there is a shopping mall with large Tesco nearby. Overall a good stay.

My family and I felt very comfortable at the hotel. The great attitude of the staff was incredible. We hope to be back soon

Room was clean, property was beautiful. Everything outside the room was fantastic. We were a little disappointed in the pool area because it was above ground and very little deck space to “lay out.” The bedroom ac did not cool properly, so most nights we lied on the bed without covers. Also the beds very hard and not too comfortable. The gym area was very good and the area around the property was very nice. We did not eat at any of the restaurants on site because the prices were very high.

Overordnet set et super fint ophold. Vi havde dog en del myrer i vores værelse (vi boede med udgang til lille terrasse) Det skal siges at jeg ikke nævnte det for personalet da vi ikke opholdt os så meget på værelset at vi var særligt generede af det. Poolen var lækker. Rengøring måtte vi selv bede om på 3. Dagen da de ikke havde været hos os endnu. Vi havde no disturb skilt på frem til kl. 10-11 og var derefter væk i mange timer uden der blev gjort rent. Dog kom rengøringen kort efter at vi havde efterspurgt det. Alt i alt et fint ophold. Kan sagtens anbefale

Nos gusto el desayuno. fuimos en grupo y nos la pasamos bien. queda un poco lejos de el area turistica pero todos los colaboradores del hotel fueron muy muy amables

Fin pool, helt okej frukost och rent och fint rum. Väldigt intressant och spännande att man behöver ta en bergbana upp till receptionen. Det blir ofta ett par minuters väntan på den men utsikten och känslan är värt det. Lite läskigt nedför första gången!

Breakfast was a good spread. The cable car was delightful. The wellness area is quite dark and the swimming pool not suitable for children. The cleaning was not great with dead flies on the windowsill, random piles of sheets left in the room and no clearing of teacups. Trams and metro are nearby and lots of shopping and food options. It was fine.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und in gutem Zustand. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Mit der Bahn war man schnell im Zentrum

Very clean, friendly staff, Skybar was closed on sundays and mondays which was disappointing. otherwise nice place to base yourself in Prague.

Great hotel with spacious clean rooms & many amenities as mentioned. The cable car to our hotel room was a surprisingly fun feature. Hurrah! We only stayed for one night. The hotel staff were friendly & helpful. I would book this hotel again. Professional, modern, quality hotel.

Convenient location a short walk from a shopping centre, tram stop and Andel metro station. Away from the main tourist area but only a short metro ride away. Many restaurants close by and a food court located in the shopping centre. Generally friendly staff (but not overly friendly). Quiet, clean, modern and spacious room although it was sparsely decorated: a few soft touches and more wall decorations would be good but not a major problem. Clean and modern bathroom. Bed on the firm side which suited me. Short ride in a funicular to get to this hotel from the hotel below was an interesting feature- I never had a problem with a queue. Pool , jacuzzi and sauna area is quite small and not really suitable for lounging in. Good choice at breakfast with eggs and crepes made to order. Good value and would stay here again.

Es gibt ein großes einkaufszentrum in der Nähe das ist nur 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß ansonsten ist die Lage sehr schön etwas ruhiger als in der innenstadt und eine schöne Aussicht. Der Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde uns leider nicht erfüllt wir waren zwar nicht direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl aber auf einem Flur mit vielen Kindern und sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Es war alles sauber und in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war sehr gut für Prager Verhältnisse. Rezeption ist durchgängig besitzt und auch hilfsbereit. Sehr ungemütlich, dunkel, keine Plätze zum Ausruhen oder zum Sachen ablegen. Keine Spinde etc.
