Wonderful stay! Staff are nice, location is quite convenient. Enjoyed it

在5年前住过这特色酒店，当时酒店开了不久，独特的风格使我老婆特别喜欢。这次再到杭州，老婆指定要住这里。设施和服务还是相当不错。唯一要挑剔的是厕所没有抽风，做完大事臭味很久都不散。

It’s a suite rather than a room. You get a huge space, more than enough for a family! The hotel is a historical site and preserved well. The staff are well trained, very nice and professional. The property itself is really nice and worth the price. One bad thing is if your neighbours upstairs are not mindful of others and party at night, the sound can be a bit disturbing.

Great location within 5min walking distance to west lake, major shopping area and restaurants. Nice vintage experience in historic building. Breakfast buffet is good. A solid 4 star experience.
