很滿意，但房間只供應番梘 提議加洗手液比較方便

近地鐵站，去啲中心點都好近，附近亦都有好多食肆，而係我哋最鍾意嘅大排檔附近都有平靚正！

大堂酒吧西餐厅很赞。房间很大，卫生间高级感弥漫，浴缸舒服，泳池很雅致，健身房先进。SPA极其带感！！早餐厅、意大利餐厅、烧烤餐厅，一个比一个漂亮高级。夜景好漂亮，隔壁就是言几又书店。这个酒店真的非常不错。

剛蓋沒多久的飯店，硬體跟餐飲都很不錯。但是整體服務品質並沒有到位，尤其是在晚班上的服務支持。入住時我已經付清房費但是接待的人員並未仔細檢查系統並跟我再報了一次房價給我水單，反應後才查清已付住宿全款。住了三天，晚上平均每一個服務要打三通電話才有人員能接聽，晚上大廳門口接待人員的服務也相當隨便不該是一個五星飯店應該有的水準。附近是還在開發的商業區，晚上很安靜，可逛的地方不多。

大堂设计很浪漫，很赞

We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Xi'An in a Grand Club King Room. We went to Xi'An mainly to see the Terracotta Warriors. For us, we found this hotel was isolated from the main part of the town of Xi'An. We needed to take a taxi to get into the town centre. Apart from that, the room, the staff and the food were all at standard of what we would expect from the Grand Hyatt group. For us, the location wasn't the best.

The food option is a great value for money. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. My stay was just too short but will definitely recommend

最終日出発が朝早く朝食がとれなかったのですが、軽食を用意してくれました。素晴らしいホスピタリティです。

The Grand Hyatt was very clean, and our room was well appointed. Staff were responsive to our requests. Excellent selection at the breakfast buffet and the evening Happy Hour.

非常に良かった。

I upgraded to 1 BR suite and was disappointed that the AC wouldn’t work at all. Staff move us to another suite and was better. Frustraded that we had too pack twice in one day however staff was good about things. Would stay again…

호텔은 좋은데, 조식이 그렇게 맛있지는 않은것 같습니다.

가격대비 시설이 좋지 않았습니다. 욕실의 구석구석 물때로 인한 갈변과, 곰팡이처럼 검게 되어 있고 에어컨은 아무리 낮게 온도를 설정해 놓아도 시원하지 않았습니다. W호텔과 주변 아파트먼트식 호텔에 비하여 금액대비 객실이 너무 형편 없었습니다.

The AC was off in almost the entire building. It was about 95 degrees or more outside and they kept it off but didn’t tell you before arriving. Then they would turn it on when you arrived just in your room not main areas. So my room (a suite) had no AC and they tried to fix it twice. It was so bad that moved me to another room and the AC still took half the night to finally work. So I had a horrible sleep. They actually kept sending a repair man to the room which made it even more dreadful as who wants to stay in a hotel room with a maintenance guy in your room all night?! To advertise 5 star and charge full price for the suite, and then not have any of the amenities functioning (oh I forgot the one western restaurant was not open the day I checked in 😂 and also the concierge had no clue where any were... even though I found one directly across the street from walking) was shameful. They also had dirty windows so bad you couldn’t see out of them. I know times are tough but at least let people know and make concessions if you aren’t operating at full as advertised amenities and conveniences of your hotel.

깨끗한 숙소와 인테리어, 전경이 좋습니다. 교통도 편리합니다. 훌륭한 피트니 시설과 사우니, 수영장이 있어 휴가로 좋습니다. 직원 모두 진철합니다.
