The hot breakfast was a nice surprise. Room was clean and in god repair, staff pleasant and extremely accommodating. Enjoyed our stay.

The only thing is the breakfast. The breakfast is so minimal and some that they offer are not available.

There are make-it-yourself waffles as well as hot and cold items available for breakfast. The hot tub is located at the nearby rec center. We were issued a complimentary guest pass and towels and walked to use the hot tub in this fabulous facility which also included a water slide and regular pool. One of the most fantastic things I appreciated was the wonderful lighting in the bathroom! So many places have very dim lighting, and this was a treat! We were offered complimentary packaged cookies upon check-in as well. The staff were very competent and friendly. We kept our window open all night for fresh air and there was very little noise. I enjoyed the sound of the train passing through this scenic mountain town just before settling for the night. The beds are very comfy as well. We would definitely return! A trip to the nearby pub called Table 12 was a real treat for some of the best wings that we have ever had, and we have eaten our share!!

Clean room & great staff

Very busy hotel catering to work crews. Room was acceptable. Not much for dining options nearby, the only restaurant within a short walk was closed. I don't generally stay in Chetwynd and am usually just passing through.

The room is we clean, and very quiet. Was nice to be able to sleep a sound night. Check in was easy as was check out and the staff are very friendly

Helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is in mediocre shape with holes in the roof and soffit!

The staff were wonderful and the property clean. But the building felt quite hot and the coffee was not. Hot coffee would have made the stay better.

Very clean nice showers

Front desk lady was wonderful, the breakfast room lady not so much. Our room was nice, but towels were not replaced with clean ones. Was a little disappointed in the breakfast options but overall had nice stay.

It was decent. Definitely an old building so got that dim feel to the place. The air conditioning did not work so it felt like a sauna in the room. Service was quick and start was very friendly.

Room was clean. Internet was very spotty though, that was the only complaint.

Pros: The staff are very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a good selection of breakfast items. Lots of parking. Cons: We had no internet for the two days that we stayed there. We couldn't do our laundry as the onsite laundry machines were out of order. The room was dark as one of the main lamps on the desk in the room had the plug cut off.

Clean rooms, lots of parking, hot breakfast, was a real plus & pet friendly! Bonus, free complimentary cookies!

Great staff and diverse breakfast. I always prefer having real dishes and cups, like in the room, instead of the disposable ones. Besides that, it was all a good experience.
