Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet Hôtel/Hostel, certaines chambres disposent de SDB individuelle, d’autres d’une SDB commune. Sanjay était à l’écoute et très professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est très efficace, la salle commune accueillante avec le balcon pour les fumeurs. Je recommande !

Im großen und ganzen eine gute Unterkunft. Leider war das Frühstück sehr einfältig. Nur Weißmehl Produkte. Aber man wurde satt..gegenüber ist ein großer Supermarkt, dort kann man sich was dazu kaufen. Das Badezimmer wurde leider nicht zwischen gereinigt..

Não é uma hospedagem, mas um apartamento adaptado com quatro quartos. Tudo muito improvisado. Pelo preço cobrado pode-se conseguir coisa melhor na região

Struttura in posizione strategica vicina a tutti i servizi e a quattro passi dal centro, con possibilità di qualche posto auto in garage. La struttura è un po' datata, ma la nostra camera era ampia e luminosissima. Molto buona la colazione. Personale gentilissimo ed accogliente. Consigliato.

Mycket trevlig värd/ägare som mötte oss och gav tips på en trevlig nepalsk/indisk restaurang med god mat. Ja, han tom gick med oss och visade vägen! Boendet är litet med bara fyra rum och i köket/matsalen kan du själv - om du vill - tillaga egen mat. Till spårvagn endast 2 minuter.

A localização é muito boa. O quarto é muito confortável. A atendente é muito solicita, porém não fala português, somente algumas palavras. O que dificulta a comunicação.

Wir hatten anfangs etwas Schwierigkeiten mit der Kommunikation, aber unser Vermieter hat uns sogar abgeholt als wir unseren Standort gesendet haben. Unser Auto konnten wird für 10€ sicher in der privaten Garage der Unterkunft abstellen. In die Stadt ging es mir 3 S-Bahn Stationen oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Besser kann man für den Preis nicht wohnen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut. Ich hätte mir ein bisschen Ablagefläche gewünscht für z.B. Kosmetik. Weil wir hatten das Gemeinschaftsbad, was nicht so sauber war, aber das kann an unseren Mitbenutzern liegen. Mein Fehler! Es wurde ein reichhaltiges Frühstück geboten und der Aufenthaltsraum war auch ansprechend eingerichtet. Wenn jetzt noch die Goldfische von dem Fishbowl in ein Aquarium umziehen, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Bon séjour de trois jours proche du Porto historique et du Douro. Non loin du métro pour aller à Porto rapidement, quartier calme la nuit côté jardin. Excellente relation avec notre hôte, personne accueillante, sympathique et très serviable. Le petit déjeuner compris était très correct.

Impeccable room and staff! It can be difficult to find the Residencia at first, but once you have arrived everything is perfect!

Very nice place. Very well equipped common kitchen. Nice and clean room. Nice area outside even with a small pool for cooling off. Only 5 km to Auroca where you have restaurants and supermarket. We will definately choose it again next time.
