Location was good with a nice walk by the sea and harbour and a handy Italian restaurant close by. There was free parking a few minutes walk away with a co op shop on the way.

As well as being a beautiful room in a lovely location, the room was very thoughtfully equipped. All our needs seemed to have been anticipated.

Clean room with kitchenette, fruit, cereal, fridge. No cooked breakfast but that is clear when you book. Large room with plenty of space, in centre of village and above Patchwork Cafe which provides all you need food wise when open

After a troublesome journey the welcome was very warm and it was very easy to relax into holiday mode. The room was ideal for us and the two kids - clean and beautifully done out. The shower was amazing - not the usual useless trickle you get from a hotel shower (must get the same one at home). Breakfast was good - everything you need in the room for a continental breakfast but with the option to pay extra for a cooked breakfast to be brought up to the room. Rich and Adrienne managed to make sure we had all we needed - clean towels, enough breakfast etc without being intrusive or in our way. Port St Mary and the whole of the Isle of Man (to me) were idyllic - much quieter than I'd expected. Hadn't expected it to be the norm that you get a beach virtually to yourself but one of the locals said this was normal! Didn't want to leave - could have stayed much longer.
