Clean property. Room was a bit small. No elevator. Good location. Super staff. Friendly and helpful.

Un hotel increíble, con un toque de romanticismo, Lionel en recepción siempre atento, todo increíble, para regresar varias veces.

Ci hanno chiesto a che ora avremmo fatto check in (11:30 AM) e quando siamo arrivati ci è stato detto che la camera sarebbe stata pronta dalle 16 (in realtà qua c’è scritto check in dalle 15 + cosa chiedete a fare?).. Letto comodo, pulizia da migliorare (chiazza sulle lenzuola), bagno stile ospedale diciamo pulito ma c’era una puzza ogni volta che entravamo dentro e lavandino minuscolo. Ci è anche finita la carta igienica poco dopo che eravamo dentro la stanza, non era stata evidentemente cambiata perché era all’interno di un contenitore quindi non si vedeva il rotolo. Fuori è allestito banchetto con caffè, acqua e cibo apprezzato. Unica altra pecca sul personale, quando siamo arrivati alle 16 c’era un ragazzo che sapeva solo portoghese (no inglese). A parte questo, personale disponibile.

Bon séjour qui a quand même été terni par un parking inexistant qu'il fallait soi-disant réserver mais qui n'était pas visible et plein selon la réception. Aucun moyen de réservation ne nous était proposé. Un petit déjeuner un peu trop cher pour la prestation alors qu'un café est présent dans la rue à 2 pas de l'hôtel.

窓からの景色がサイコーでした。 玄関側からは想像出来ないくらい広々とした、中庭からつづく景色が見え、鳥の囀りが聞こえ、風が気持ちよかったです。 受付の方もフレンドリーで、部屋も清潔で気持ちよかったです。 ありがとうございました。

Super séjour avec un très bon accueil. Charmant c'est le bon qualificatif. Points négatifs: Literie pas à mon goût Manque de tablettes/patères dans la sdb Serrures par carte trop bruyantes surtout avec manque d'isolation

Chambre accueillante et chaleureuse, personnel disponible et attentionné. L'accès au centre-ville est aisé.

Lugar bonito, agradable. El personal muy atento. Está cerca del centro a cinco minutos andando.

Extrememly noisy! Kept awake all night due to hearing talking and snoring from the adjacent. All noises from reception desk echo up the stairs to all the rooms.

For an old boutique hotel it was acceptable. The tiny shower was a challenge to wash in. And when they say “parking available” there is only one spot down a very narrow drive and you have to reserve the spot and pay $12 a day. A larger car than a compact SUV would be difficult to fit. The motion sensing lights in the hall could be set a little longer to give you time to get into the room. We didn’t pay for the breakfast, opting to walk a couple of minutes away for a less expensive one. There was no signage on the building with the name, just “hotel” in a position you had to look closely for. Overall, the stay was alright and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
