位置方便，位於錦市場附近，就近東西線和烏丸線，而且能15分鐘內去到三条跟四条，早餐的牛角包好味，員工服務友善，而且部分會英語跟廣東話

Super great experience for Family travel, excellent staff for warm service and very nice to my kids and parents. The room and location are also great to the tourist.

There are such wonderful experience in Miru, the staff here are so nice to every tourist. and the location is perfect for most of the visiters.

Friendly staffs, great location . 10 mins walking distance from the metro plus supermarket and food market just right next door! Highly recommended. and yes, they got Nespresso machine in the room :)

新、設施完備、設計新穎 房間空間比其他普通大 雖然離地鐵站較遠，但距離錦市場只有兩個街口 附近亦有LAWSON

員工很幫忙，英文溝通良好。 由於很晚才入住， 前枱員工很幫助介紹食店。 我訂的是一個房間， 雖然細小，但很整潔， 有 Nespresso Coffee Machine， 地下也有免費洗衣機及乾衣機， 免費洗衣液使用。

位於京都的中心點， 非常方便但地點又寧靜。 到祇園四條等地都在步行距離中。 我住的一人房間 非常寬敞 各樣設施恰到好處 只是房間比較陰暗。

I stayed three nights in NEST at Nishiki. Good location near Nishiki Market. The staff is friendly and great. In the room, they also provide the microwave oven, capsule coffee machine, swan neck kettle, plates and tableware. I wish I can stay here again.

Super pleasant hotel with nice personal touches. Very quiet and clean. I enjoyed the are as many funky clothes shops in the side streets. Staff ver nice and helpful. Offered use of laundry .Would highly recommend

Amazing staff. Clean rooms, and close to Nishiki market and other interest places

Really attentive and nice staff. I had messaged the hotel regarding luggage service out of curiosity but they have noted this and reminded me of the service when arriving, a really nice touch. Rooms where clean and the laundry room is a plus. Hotel is also really close to Nishiki shopping street and walkable distance to Gion. Will definitely book again when returning to Kyoto.
