Room construction was a bit noisy. Rooms also dated looking.

The staff is friendly. The front desk was open to a late check out time, which was helpful.

Stay was good

We booked a suite with 2 bed rooms, connected. There was not a single window for fresh air ! Also it was scary as there was only one entrance to the suite & the 2 rooms & attached bathrooms stretched a long way inside. There was no other exit available. It was literally a narrow bottleneck entrance. The price charged was of a 4 star hotel!! Not worth the money!!

The room and hotel was very clean. We enjoyed the food at their restaurant. They have renovated their reception area and hope the rooms will also be renovated soon. We enjoyed our the nights stay at Sai Towers.

Great service and facilities!

The room allocated is in an annex which is accessible through the main building. The two buildings are at different levels, so floor is uneven. Needs proper lighting.

Na de verbouwing heeft het hotel wel een nieuw facelift gehad, maar zijn vergeten de interieur af te maken. Badkamer is nog gedateerd en als het zo blijft zal het totaal vernieuwd moeten worden. Verder zeer vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam

Towels warn out .time for replacement. Front desk, housekeeping and porters plus restaurant staff very friendly and efficient.

Property is still undergoing renovations and should be ready in time for xmas.
