感覺衛生情況可以更好，剛入住就有小蟑螂歡迎我，被子上有不屬於我的頭髮，其他的地方包括浴室目測都算乾淨。 淋浴間偏小，矮小身形的我一轉身不注意酒會撞到。 旅館有一段歷史時間了，所以格局改變是有困難，可以理解，大致保養都挺好的，還帶有一番風味。 費用包括簡單的早餐。地理位置方便的。 總體性價比不算高，如果價格稍微下調就好了。

Surrounding full of shops and it is quiet place at the same time. Location is good for resting. And the breakfast is good.

Due to my travel trip spent much time in traffic jam, I need to reach there later than 23:00, when I contacted them which arranged self check to me so I can pick up the key in black box used pin and parking outside the street place the permit ticket on car. It is very convenient for my family. I felt the room was comfortable and clean except the bath room was little small but enough to use if short trip. Next morning my family enjoyed to eat full breakfast. I would like to recommend to book family room again.

This review is of their "Basic Single Room" - other rooms looked much cleaner. This room is on the top (2nd UK, 3rd US) floor. As expected, it's very small. What I did not expect is a Velux window that I (6') had to stand on the bed to open and close (including its blind), and use excessive force to get to move. It is on a steep roof, so not a suitable secondary fire escape route (and no cable ladder). All the shower room plumbing was via a macerator, with no venting apparent. The shower pan filled with a significant amount of water without the macerator starting. I assume that this is why the shower curtain was dirty and mouldy. After my first night, I raised the issues with the (I assume) owner. They offered me a double room on the floor below, which was cleaner, but I decided to book a better hotel. It also had a macerator.

Comfy, nicely close to transport. Would of liked a refrigerator, but not really a big deal.

Expensive for the cleanliness and decor. Rooms were not ready even though we arrived 2 hours after the start of check in time. A few nice local places to eat.

This guest house is in a very good location with easy access to the city by bus or a 25 minute walk. Our beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was a very basic continental one. Tea was made using hot water from a thermos flask which was not pleasant. There is limited on street parking.

Perfect for the price. Convenient location near Oxford city centre. Wonderful staff who accommodated for me needing breakfast a bit earlier. Spacious and comfortable room.

The check in was smooth, the room was clean, comfortable and had sufficient luggage storage, wardrobe space. The bathroom was very clean, with fresh towels, and the room warm and cosy. Bed and linen were excellent! Thank you for an enjoyable stay. The room also offered high quality shower and wash products.

It's very much a wysiwyg place. The room was on the smallish side. Bathroom was small and simple. Breakfast was continental with few options. On the other hand, it was very clean, and the value is unbeatable if you intend to see Oxford on a budget, and you don't mind walking a bit (2 km) through a very nice neighbourhood to the city centre. Would stay again.
