Clean and tidy with secure parking. Bed was a bit soft for me, shower was ok.

We had a wonderful time at this property. I booked last minute on the day of arrival and they were efficient, accommodating and flexible: I couldn’t have asked for more. The property was fab- clean, warm and cosy, and everything we needed for a family of 4. Parking - with the key fob for entry - was ideal, there was a lift, and a key for the balcony. We went out for a curry on the first night, and deliveroo sorted us out on the second night. So, all in all, both the property and the location were spot on.

The apartment was clean and tidy and the service from the owner was really good, with prompt communication. The apartment is also possibly one of the closest to the centre of the city which is a bonus. It's in the heart of the student district so useful when visiting family. I would recommend the apartment but there were a couple of minor niggles: 1. There's no key box so you have to arrange with the owner/rep to meet up at a set time. 2. There's no plip key for the electronic gates so when arriving by car, you have to park up, go through the pedestrian gate using a code and then walk down the inner wall to press a button to open the vehicle gate. 3. There's a car pass that you have to display but if you forget to return it there will be a charge. 4. You are responsible for emptying the bins in the refuse area.
