整體配套設備齊全，地點也不錯，員工有禮貌，但要改善一下潔淨度，發現有曱甴

前台服務果位小姐，非常有耐性及細心解答問題。酒店位置交通非常方便。但酒店房間內部比較殘舊，唯整潔意識比較弱，入住第一天發現一間房有執漏上手客人杯裝飲品在雪櫃內。另一間房發現有煙頭在床頭及有兩枝啤酒，相信都係上手客人留下。通知前台職員後，第二天兩間房整潔都有改善。但仍需要繼續努力改善。

社區比較寧靜安逸，飲食選擇種類多

第一次入住，找前台登記有些混亂，經電話聯繫才解決明白，整體來說都合格，尊人帶領有禮，24小時微信查詢我沒有用非常方便！有下次。

位置極佳，樓下食肆林立。房間寬敞，尚算整潔，服務員有禮。

很好的旅程，服務人員很耐心，態度好好，所有的提問都一一解答。 下次再去中山，也會再次入住。

以往都是住旁邊的5星酒店，但今次無意之間發現這公寓，抱著試一下心態入住，必要時再住回旁邊的酒店。 但同行的小孩入住後很喜歡，下次也要住這，因為有個大露台，讓人感覺很舒適。 地方都算清潔企理，又有大雪櫃，可將在樓下超市買回來的雪糕雪好。

Great location. After a 3-day stay, they gave us a free upgrade. The room is spacious and has everything you need, including kitchen appliances.

Needs to improve over all conditions. The clear cover over the carpet in the living room is mess and easy to trip over, there’s a safety issue. Broken kitchen door and the fridge needs to defrost. 2 ceiling spot light in bedroom needs to replace.
