Good services and clean room and friendly + fast respond from the owner

Cara nak check in agak rumit untuk first time kot. Tak tahu pula kena check in ambil kunci dekat control room. Dan dapat satu kad sahaja untuk keluar masuk. Agak susah nak keluar masuk especially yang stay dengan partner. Overall ok je segala kemudahan.

Staff ramah, apartmen bersih dan lengkap.

They ask me to wait for another 30 minutes for the cleaning process. Hello i check in at 7pm but the cleaning process yet complete? Then the management apologize and promise to refund me with the cleaning fee RM80 but till now no action taken where i still not receive any refund from them!
